I order a mother board can the guy sent me a bad one. I send it back an the guy told me If I sent him a copy of my receipt then he would refund me for sending it. He also stated that once he receive the item he would provide a full refund. It has been two week then the guy have not provide me any of my money back . They guy told me the day I send the item that he would refund me to the account I use that day. Two two weeks later an I haven't seen a penny of my money. I call today an He have not gone to the post office to receive his mail so the customer can get refunded. This is really pissing me off.

I got a defective item from them. Immediately contacted them and they said they would replace it, but at first, I had to send the item back and to pay for the shipping.
Ok, no problem, I did. Several weeks later I got a notification from them saying that the item was received and the new one would be sent soon. So it's been 2 months since then, and I wonder where is my order? I rarely get their responses and all of them are the same and computer generated ones, not like before.
It's very interesting how they build their communication with customers, what methods they follow.
Anyway, I would recommend you to stay away and to be careful ordering online.
they didn't change my damaged parts
I ordered some parts for my TV from the company www.cradeal.com. I got the order on time, but the parts were damaged and I contacted the seller. He told me that he could change these parts, but I would need to pay for the return postage on my own. I sent the order and got confirmation from the seller that he got the order back. After that I only waited and got some fake promises, but in result I received completely nothing. Stay away from this dishonest company.

Ordered a part for my tv from them. They sent one that was damaged. They told me to send it back at my expense and they would send a new one that wasn't broken. I sent it back at my expense. They confirmed that they had received it and said they would send a new one out. That was a few months ago and I have emailed them repeatedly. Only getting replies about 1/4 of the time that don't make any sense (asking for my shipping address for the 5th time, asking what my order number was for the 10th time even though its in the subject line, etc.)
Bottom line, they have my money, I have nothing to show for it. That makes them thieves.
