Square review: Wrong fees charged to my account.

My bank statement for October shows the following charges from Merchant Services:

10/8 $8,580.58
10/15 $6,080.00
10/16 $2,500.00

On the other hand, I received dispute notices for 3 charges made under my name as detailed below:

1/ I want to emphasize that I did not initiate or authorize any of the disputed transactions listed above.
2/ None of these funds were credited to my registered account with Merchant Services. These disputed amounts, totaling $8,580.00, were not deposited into my legitimate account.
3/ Furthermore, Merchant Services charged the amount of these three fraudulent transactions to my account on 10/8 as mentioned above for the same total of $8580.00.
4/ An additional amount of $6,080.00 and $,2500,00 totaling $8,580.00 were charged by error to my account on 10/15 and 10/16.
5/ Following the identification of these incorrect transactions, my legitimate account received a credit of $7919.79 on 11/5. Which would represent the amount of $8580.00 charged to me erroneously, minus a fee of $661.21 which should not have been applied.
6/ Subsequently, credits of $4000.00 and $4580.00 appeared on my account on 11/17, totaling $8580.00, as well as additional charges of $175.63 and $210.00 on 11/3.
7/ To summarize, there were fees of a total of $1046.84 to my account from Merchant Services resulting from charge back for fraudulent transactions that occurred outside my registered account. None of the fraudulent charges were credited to my legitimate account at any time, and none of these charges and fees for the charge back should have been made as a result.
Please review the above actions and issue a refund for these fees that have no basis.
