Meijer - self checkout attendant

My wife and I stopped at this Meijer on our way home from town on 11-8 -2019 to pick up a few items that she needed and some I had forgotten a few days prior from shopping this location. We decided to share a smaller cart because there was no need for two separate carts or even a larger one with the amount of items needed. After shopping for the items we proceeded to the self check out. We had a few more items than the suggested twelve items at the smaller check out so we headed to the no limit lanes. One lane was closed, two had flashing lights waiting for assistance and two others were backed up with extra customers. We decided to go use one of the lower limit registers since we were going to ring up our items on two separate transactions anyways. There are six registers and only one was being used. As I pushed the cart up to the register, I was immediately confronted by the employee who is there to assist in customer service. Without even giving me the chance to explain that these are being rung up as two separate transactions she physically grabs my cart pulling it and myself away from the register. I try telling her nobody's using these at this moment but she continues to pull the cart and telling me that these registers were busy today and I have to many items. To prevent making a scene my wife an I moved back over to one of the no limit lanes where I stood and waited for 12 minutes before being able to ring up my items. At one point I was ready to leave the cart and just walk out. During this time I kept observing the other registers and not once were they all being used at any given time. I do hope that this employee is reprimanded and store management also for this kind of exhibition of customer care. This incident occurred aroud 5:00pm. She was a older women with reddish brown hair and dark frame glasses. She kept turning away from me so I was unable to read her name tag. I'm sure who is ever in charge of scheduling will be able to identify this employee.
