I was at Meijer on 1/3/20. I was about half way thru my shopping, when this very loud, high pitched sound began to wail. I was a little scared, the employees all looked shocked and surprised and did not seem to know what to do. Nobody knew what this horrible sound was.
This horrible loud sound continued for at least another half hour while I tried very hard to finish my shopping. I finally checked out, without everything that I needed. The sound was continuing. It gave me such a headache, and I was literally shaking by the time i left the store.
I know this may sound silly, but it was sheer torture, trying to finish my shopping.
I do not understand why nobody could turn it off!?. It was a terrible experience, i had a headache and upset stomach for the rest of the night.
