Meijer review: Employee accusing my husband and I of stealing no cause

Saturday, August 28, 2021. My husband and I ran to Meijer because daughter had a tooth infection, but Tylenol wasn't working for her. My husband and I had been working in garage/yard so yes, were not dressed great and yes, dirty. We made our purchases in self checkout - first register on left. Paid for our items and started out the door. Behind us was an obviously drugged up man walking out and just kept hearing this voice yelling. We didn't get out the first set of doors before she started yelling for us. Even the druggie thought it was him... We went back in and asked what the issue is. She told us she saw us round the cart area from back... Uh, not sure if we did or didn't, but we paid. We told her we paid from the first register on left... She accused us of stealing based on 'us coming from round the carts'. She kept on... Mind you, coach purse, 2k diamond on my hand, and family name of Anderson for 4 generations. Last generation was medical doctor. She did not have 'cause', she did accuse us in front of everyone in the store. I am appalled!
