Meijer review: customer behavior

A customer was carrying an air horn around the store. Every few minutes you would hear this ear piercing noise. He was in line to check out behind me and used the horn. The sound hurt my ears. I asked him to stop, it was hurting my ears. He then pointed it at me.
During the time I was in the store, your management staff or team members did nothing. I would have expected a manager to ask this customer to stop using the horn or call the police to handle.

This is really disturbing. This tells me that Meijer does not care for the safety and comfort of the customers.
