MegaPersonals.com review: Logging into account/bots triggered

I have had my account with megapersonals for over 2 years now and never have put in my password anywhere else because I’m not an idiot. I keep the tab pinned with my ad open so I can just click it and hit bump to top and never even have to log back in on my own device. 3 weeks I got locked out of my account, I emailed and emailed with zero response until finally after about a week a guy emailed me back and was rude as hell, didn’t give a damn that I had kids and I can’t afford to lose money and but he claims there was nothing he could do when I asked if we could change my email address to a new one I created since I couldn’t log into my email and said no there was nothing he can do. So after two weeks I was able to finally get back into my email. I go to click forgot password and typed in the verification code sent to my email and changed my password. I log into with new password and BAM BOTS have been triggered. And once again, I NEVER clicked on any link sent to me. I don’t even reply to that [censored] at all. I’m sending emails to the support email and GETTING NO RESPONSE! This is just [censored]ed! I don’t understand what you need me to do, or why it takes so long to respond to the “support emails”. When I got a response pertaining to bots being triggered the lady said I have to create a new account and if it fails to verify me since I have an account to contact them again. I’m homeless now. I’m starving, my netball health is really bad. I get texts from regulars but they’re not weekly and they do not live close by. I do not see why they cannot unfreeze my account so I can update my password and work again. What is it I’m doing that triggers your damn bots?! I’ve been doing the exact same thing for 2 years and never had a single problem! I am about to get kicked out of the motel I’ve been living at for 2 years. This is awful going hungry and not eating meals! Please help!
