In June my account was block and after that every time I try to get a page my account says there is suspicious activity. I am a genuine and real person and don’t understand why this keep happening. I tried my tablet my computer and it gets flag right away. I really need to work I am about to be homeless with my grandfather who I take care off. He is 9”89 years old and depends totally on me. I've been emailing for weeks. Was told my account cant be unblocked ([protected]@gmail.Com) made new mega account with new gmail and got verification failed. Emailed them a support ticket and was told i already have an account pending payment (which is the blocked for phishing acct) and i emailed them back i can't even make payment cuz my acct is blocked. Waiting another 3 days for a response. This is [censored] smh

I've been using mega personals off and on for a few years the only time it's been off is because I keep getting [censored] bot flags for no reasonable reason at all whatsoever while the scammers have full access to my accounts and for whatever reason they can move about freely and I can't even get reverified that's clearly controlled. Lol. And what's funny is now they charge a one-time fee when you're creating a account and I'm being flagged more than ever is that not ironic? Why would I have to pay more than one time when I go to reverify myself I should be reverifying myself as in I already have a verification on file that should be able to be matched to the last transaction that I made with them. It's frustrating and predatory. [censored] it maybe they should get shut down
