I was in this office today with my mother. The receptionist was not friendly at all.
The waiting room, exam rooms and the rest rooms were dirty. I am a Medical Office Manager (in another state) and I was appalled by the conditions in this office.
I noticed bugs in the waiting room when I requested to speak to the manager Patricia I was told because I was not the patient she would not talk to me.
I am APPALLED! I have already made an appointment with another physician.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This office is disgusting. The rest rooms smell of urine the waiting room and exam rooms are filthy.
The staff and the manager are so rude. I am very surprised that Dr. Alario employs such a miserable group of people.
