Not once but twice has meaningful beauty not sent my product but I paid for it just so they would cancel and then they started charging again and I called and called and weote them only for them to tell me that I had to pay and then they would resend. I told them I don't want the product just don't charge me. The manager hung up and now I'm getting collections letters

I finally speak a rep.. Yvonne, she told me that my refund was credit to my account since october, according to my credit card account, no refund was given.. I told her that, then she told me that they wanted a copy of my credit card statement to prove that I did not received a refund… NO way was I sending them a copy of my bank statement… she tried to convince me…I said no.
This is not beauty, this is stress, and scam…
