i went there this morning (03/05/2026) around 10:15-10:25 am the drive thru cashier took my order as i asks for the buy one and get one for a $1 sausage mc muffin w/ chs, and the $5 meal that included sausage egg and chs mc muffin a hash brown and drink.
once i purchased the meal along with the BOGO.
The bag contained three sandwiches.
2 x sausage and ch mc muffins
and 1 x egg and ham mc muffin
with a hash brown

i went back inside to exchange the order for the sausage egg and ch McMuffin advertised for the selected sandwich of a choice, which i clearly stated while ordering at the drive thru.

the drive thru cashier refused to exchange the sandwich stating that is the $5 meal . and that the sausage egg and ch mc muffin was not included in the special. which made no sense to me considering the picture posted at every mc Donald's has the sausage ch and egg mc muffin on the advertisement . he than told me that i asked for an egg mc muffin and that how they come. . from my understanding the egg mc muffin doesnt have any meat on it its just egg and cheese,

i did not eat the food i threw it away my kids ate one of the mc muffins because the other was hard and sitting probably for hrs.

it was also almost time to switch over to lunch so i feel that he was being lazy . but my car was the only car in the drive thru . there was no other car the whole time i was there . it wasnot like they were busy or had a rush they were all there standing looking at eachother and some were on there phones , i will defntly never go to that location ever again , they need to retrain there employees or replace them. because there careless attitudes are very unwelcoming

Claimed loss: my whole meal except one sausage mc muffin

Desired outcome: replace the meal incompensation of the 32 mins late to work .
