Mavis Discount Tire review: No products/the manager Tori

On 2-9-2023 Latravion Furlow started at Mavis Tires. He was happy to start his new job. The Manager Tori was very rude to him. He went in and was there from 8am until 8pm. He was told that he had to work an eight hour shift, but was there for 12 hours. Tori had latravion sitting in a break room for 4 hours doing nothing. Tori came in the break room at 12:30pm to take latavion out to room to start training. He returned on Friday morning at 8am. Tori came into the break room where latravion was with an attitude and said u need to get up. She said to him ”U need to find something to do or I will find something for u to do.” Tori told him that he needs to look engaged. Latravion told her he was ready to work. Tori repeated herself twice saying u need to look engaged. Tori told latravion that he can go home, then she walked away from him. Latravion walked away leaving the job and then tori came up behind him. Tori told latravion that he could return on Saturday. Latravion told Tori that he was good and that wasn’t coming back. Why did latravion work 12 hours on day one when he was told his shift was only for 8 hour? Why did latravion sit in the break room for 4 hours doing nothing? Why was the manager rude to him? Why did the manager have an attitude? Why did she treat him this way? This is unacceptable to any person at anytime.
