I gave them a 5-star review then, and I'll give them one now, Raneys is totally amazing! If you need some trucking stuff, this is the best spot to shop, no questions asked! Not only is everyone super smart and knows their stuff cold, but they're also totally chill, ya know? They don't make ya feel all stupid if you don't know something, they just help ya out like it's all good.

When my gear arrived in the mail, it was covered in bubble wrap and foam and all that good stuff, so you know they take care of their stuff. Everything was in perfect condition, no cracks, no nicks, no nada! I'm gonna be coming back to Raneys for all my needs, man, let me tell ya! Yo, so I recently hit up Raney's Truck Parts website for a purchase and gotta say, they had me feelin' some type of way. First off, they was showin' taxes and we exempt from that, ya feel me? But then the rep told me they could fix the price after I put in address, which seemed like aight, but then they went and added on hella dollars for shipping that they didn't show before. Like, how you gonna play a girl like that? Ain't nobody got time for that misleading mess. I just wanna see what I'm actually gonna owe, ya feel?

Plus, I asked if they had free shipping for bigger purchases and the rep straight up said no. But Iowa 80 got that hookup with free shipping sometimes, so why can't Raney's do the same? Woulda been real nice if the rep coulda thrown in something extra, you know? Overall, not too impressed with the whole situation. Coulda been smoother, ya know what I'm saying?

Horrible experience fam. Look, I bought these two fat rolls of 10 gauge, 25 foot black and red wire for a job I was doing. The site said everything was in stock and ready to rrrrrumble when I placed my order. But listen to this, it took like a whole month before I got my wire. They said the items were on back order or something, but nobody told me anything about that, like I was just supposed to know or something. Lazy customer service if you ask me. It wasn't until I finally had to hit them up to ask why the heck my stuff wasn't here yet when they even bothered to reach out to somebody in California to find out what was going on. They said I should have my wire by the end of next week but nothing happened until I shot them an email and bam! That same friggin day I got a message saying my stuff was finally on the way. What?! That's bogus - why not tell me way back when so I didn't have to be stressing like this?

And get this - the worst part is that the company never even said sorry or tried to make it right. No freebies, no discounts, no nothin'. I had to buy wire somewhere else just to finish up my project. Forget this, man. I ain't never buying anything from Raney again and I'm gonna preach this to everybody I know. They had great prices on the "in stock" combo kits that I needed for my customer's truck, so I placed my order. The fender mounting kit arrived promptly within four business days, which was great!

However, two weeks later, the fenders had still not shipped, even though their estimated shipping date had passed by four days. On Wednesday, I decided to give Raineys a call to find out what was going on. Much to my dismay, I learned that the fenders were not actually in stock and hadn't even been made yet. They said they wouldn't be ready until August! A salesperson tried to sell me more expensive fenders that were supposedly in stock, and after much coercion, I agreed to buy them for $100 more.

I waited two more days and called back on Friday to make sure the fenders were on their way. They confirmed that the warehouse had them ready to go and that they would ship no later than the following Monday. Despite missing a confirmation call on Monday, I received a voicemail saying that the product was being loaded onto a truck and would arrive in 3-4 days. But by Wednesday, after speaking with several representatives, I learned that the part wasn't in stock and hadn't even been made yet!

Luckily, my customer's truck was white, so I agreed to the substitution. The supervisor promised that the parts would be shipped that day and that she would call me to update me. But by 3 pm Thursday, I still hadn't received a confirmation email or call from Stephanie, so I called back and waited on hold for another 20 minutes while they figured out what was going on. It turned out that the parts hadn't even been shipped yet, and I was promised once again that they would ship them out the next day.

In my humble opinion, this product is nothing more than overhyped white plastic junk that failed to stay on my fifth wheel for more than a week. I had it installed on 11-26-2022 and by [protected], the trailer had pushed it off.

However, I was met with resistance from Minimizer, who refused to honor their warranty and only offered to replace it with another piece of cheap plastic junk. In contrast, I found the Holland low lube insert to be much better built with a metal core that won't push off the fifth wheel. This product has proven to be reliable and durable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a slick plate for their fifth wheel.

Bought myself some chromey door handle trim for my just-born 2020 Cascadia, shoulda known I'd have to do some modding. Did it come with the cover piece for the pull handle like my old gear? Nope. After fiddling with the two-sided tape, I had to stick an extra piece on to get it to stick. I was hoping I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore, but it's still just sittin' in my rig.
