I purchased tires from Amazon and brought them to your Madison location to install. I believe the manager is Jason.
I left my vehicle for the tires to be installed. A 2000 Jeep Cherokee sport black.
I received a call that they were unable to install the tires. They fail to explain that upon trying to remove the rear wheels, they ripped off fourhub stems; two on the passenger rear and two more on the driver rear.
I need to discuss this as soon as possible
Please have a senior representative. Contact me to discuss the remedy.
My name is Gerard Giordano. My mobile is [protected].ASAP.
Desired outcome: Wheel hubs repaired or replaced and tires mounted and installed along with previously requested appropriatewheel alignment.

I revisited the Madison location for Mavis on Friday, January 16. I met with Jason. He informed me that he had no intention of doing anything to remedy the problem they had caused as after mentioned in my initial complaint. I explained that I was disappointed and did not expect his response. I also explained that I had a bill for $1000 from a certified competent mechanic in Madison that I had to pay to remedy and fix and install the tires on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee. This cost was not expected. I am a senior citizen, Vietnam veteran living on fixed income.
My expenses are calculated, and my funds are fragile. I have reached out to the corporate office and plan to continue to do so until my situation is addressed, and a remedy is corrected because of this expense, I am unable to afford the necessary wheel alignment that should be done when new tires are fitted? Please advise what steps you feel. I should take in order to address this situation.
I have been a continued patron of Mavis, however, after my abusive and condescending exchange with Jason, the manager of the Madison location; how can this be allowed? I appreciate your efforts.
Please help me.
Respectfully,
Gerard Giordano
