Oil change conducted on May 17, 2025 Mavis Sandersville, GA changed my oil along with tire purchase. I went to Infiniti of Roswell, GA on September 9, 2025 to have my oil changed I was advised they could not change my oil because the oil pan/plug was damaged. Mavis was the last company to change my oil prior to this. On that date there was an argument between workers when working on my car. I forwarded the finding immediately to Michael at Mavis. I have made several attempts to settle this issue and they continue to avoid me, even going so far as to say they do not have insurance when I asked for this information. I have made several calls and visits.
Claimed loss: My Q50 Infiniti was damaged during a oil change (oil pan/plug) oil can not be changed.
Desired outcome: I would like my oil pan replaced and repaired with Infiniti parts. So that my oil can be properly changed. I would like this to be done by an Infiniti Dealer.

Still no response from mavis in sandersville ga. They have damaged my car and refuse to assist me. Terrible customer service. I plan to take this further. No results none. Had i known the complaints I would never did business with them. Horrible.
