Mavis Discount Tire review: Tune up

I took my car into Mavis Tires on Schillingers in Mobile AL. for a tire rotation and maybe a tune-up. They said they could do the tune-up. I went to pick up my car that afternoon and they said it had caught fire on the catalytic converter and recommended that I have it towed to a muffler shop. I paid 880.00 for the tune-up and had it towed. I had two new catalytic converters put on and started it up and it sounded like crap, it was missing and backfiring. I took it back to them and they stated it was nothing they could do. I took it to a real shop and they re-did the tune up. Mavis had put in only two coils when it has six. The sparkplugs they used were the cheapest brand and they were not gapped properly.

I feel like I was taken advantage of, not to mention the bad mechanic work
