I just had the worst experience ever at Marshalls -11239 Ventura Blvd
Studio City, CA 91604 location at 1:30 pm on September 5, 2025

I was stopped by a security guard before I entered the store. He blocked me and told me that I can’t enter the store.

I have never ever seen this guy in my entire life and I reported him to one of the store managers, he also informed me that the security guard’s name is David!

He ridiculously discriminated me for no reason, and I got a response from one of the store managers as “you look normal to me” when I complained this ridiculousness!

I reside in West Hollywood and shopping from the Beverly Center location for years and never seen any security guard with extreme rudeness.

His job is protection…not threatening and discriminating women because of their look.
