I bought a pair of shoes. I never even tried on the shoes. I didn't even touch the tags and when I went to return the shoes with the original receipt 24 hours later I was refused a return. No explaination whatsoever. The store manager just dumped the shoes in the bag and told me to run a long. I will never shop here again. The store didn't even honor their own posted return policy. I kept asking why they wouldn't return the shoes I bought less than 24 hours ago, I never wore them, the tags where still attached and I had the original receipt. The STORE MANAGER did not offer an explanation of WHY he has denying the posted return policy. I felt humilated after waiting in line for 15 minutes

I returned one flat sheet because the fitted sheet and pillow cases were not in the package I brought at one marshall on sale and was told I could return it at any marshalls's so I went to a marshall close to me and was told I would have to take it back to the store I purchase at because they could'n put it back on the shelf my receipt to resale then the cashier the manager (which neither was quality to work there) I asked to talk to another manager he states that the cashier was right I was to take it back the store I purchased it from and this was the policy at all marshall's then the cashier told me I was to check the package I said you are not suppose to open the package if that was the case there would at lot of open packages if this was allowed the male manage said I could get my money back $10.95 also there were a lot of returns on the shelf behind her this was embarrassing to say the lease I have shop at marshall's alot but no more and I was thinking it was not a racial issue but it was a racial issue my granddaughter was with me what a sad sad experience for the both of us this store is at hollywood/western los angeles ca there is anew target coming soon in the same area I will be shopping there not marshall sad sad sad

you wore those shoes then reattached the tag, tell the truth, you would have push it to return, you should have cleaned the souls better, dont buy shoes wear them to a event then return, come on.marshalls will return anything if its in the condition you bought it, i shop there all the time and had plenty of returns, never a issue, grow up
