Marshalls – Olena Z, store manager

The store manager was very unprofessional. Olena Z was on her tag.
The Lynnwood WA store
She would not return an item that still had the tags on it I bought less than a week prior.
She kept insisting it was not from the store when I bought it 1 week prior.
I urged her to check the store camera.
I also had the card I purchased it with.
She stated many times “ this is not from this store” when *the original tags were attached.
I have shopped here for years and this was the worst service, very embarrassing and unprofessional.
I had to argue with her until she relented. She even had people say the shoes were not from there, which is a lie.
Furthermore, I was exchanging for a more expensive item!
Very disappointed.
