I am very dissatisfied with Marlboro Red Beyond. For the last couple of months i have purchased from numerous stores in SA and every box that i have received has +-8 cigarettes that do not have the menthol ball or the cigarette burns like cardboard. I have been using this brand for 11 years now. I have kept samples. Really disappointing when you spend so much money to receive almost half a box you cannot smoke.

Claimed loss: You decide what would be suitable. I have 20 boxes with cigarettes that cannot be smoked
