Dear Marlboro South Africa Customer Service,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a defective cigarette I recently purchased. Upon opening the pack, I discovered that one of the cigarettes contained sticks inside instead of properly packed tobacco. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable, given the quality standards expected from Marlboro.
