Marlboro review: Default product
Dear Marlboro South Africa Customer Service,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a defective cigarette I recently purchased. Upon opening the pack, I discovered that one of the cigarettes contained sticks inside instead of properly packed tobacco. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable, given the quality standards expected from Marlboro.

I have retained the packaging and taken photographs of the defective cigarette as evidence. I request that Marlboro investigate this matter and provide either a replacement pack or a refund for the defective product.
