[Resolved] Makro Onlineservice

Placed an order 5 july 2019. Ordered promised to be delivered 12 july.
We are now on the 24th of july 2019.

Excuse after excuse about the delivery!!!

then it's a supplier problem, the a out of or low stock issue, then it's an it issue (stock can't be invoiced)

just got off the phone again, now it's a store problem

makro was very keen to take my money but the service and after service is a night mare.

I've had to put a whole company move on hold due to makro's incompetency!
