I made a in store purchase for a office desk which was to be ordered as the store does not not stock the color I required. I paid on the 29/05/2019 R1400.00- 50% of price (Sale guy Patrick) who assured me within 3 weeks I will have my desk. They say 3 weeks but can be less for incase they experience any challengers. I paid the other 50% and realized It was more than 3 weeks. I called the store and promised feedback and nothing from Patrick. To be precise he could not give me an answer. I then requested for a manager. Officer Dpt Manager Henry then took my query. All he did was make empty promises going for more than 1 and half weeks with no solid confirmation. He lied so much that I then took it to higher management - Store manager PA-Paula because I live practically 10 mins away was so furious that I could drive to the store and all hell break loose. I eventually started to get somewhere until she also slacked with getting calls returned to me. When my item was delivered eventually the invoice was for R1999 not R2799 of which I paid R2800.00.

I then get a call from customer Liaison manger (Thabo stand to be correct), knows nothing about my frustration and wants to know whats the issue, for crying out loud.

Its absolutely disgusting and frustrating the way this store operates. Absolute no customer service whats so ever and yet people hold management positions. Even better when you at the store its as if the sales people own the store with the attitude displayed. This is my 3rd time having issues with this store and doubt it very much I would shop there.
Not surprised at all till date I got no call from this store to atleast apologize for their mess up. Henry promised me a voucher of R 500 for the misery caused and nothing.

I bought a printer (R7000.00) at the store in March which is a piece of crap and was never told about purchasing a cable which is a mere R70.00. That was a drama on its own as well as a online purchase.

I hope this gets sorted and management calls me with answers ASAP as well as my invoice issues as I will definitely pay this store a visit and it wont be a very nice visit.
