I have had 2 working magicjack lines, and I have recommended it to an organization I belong to for inexpensive phone and ansewring.
I love the mirroring of messages to my e-mail. One line is for fax and it is also reliable.
So I had a question about porting and chose the AI box. After a few questions they said i needed to speak to technical. I received no information about there being any charges.
So i am switched to technical and I am asked to pay a $2.00 refundable fee.
I go through my problem but got nowhere.
In a short time my Credit Card calls saying they detect suspicious activity with the the $2.00, and also a $50.00 US charge. To protect my account my card is cancelled. I was NEVER informed there was a fee for the discussion, and I am badly inconvenienced by waiting for a new card. The debit to my sard was "FMBKS"

Recommendation: Dont speak to an ouside technical form. They take your mey without permission
