Paid but no credit received
I wonder how many people have experienced the infinitely stupid replies that 12VoIP so-caled customer service (automated) sends when one enquires about credit not received.
I paid 40 Euro more than a month ago, and have been trying to get 12VoIP to give me my credit, to no avail. They neatly sidestep the real issue and sends me ridiculous messages, first they requested proof of payment several times, then they never acknowledged the fact that I sent them proof of payment several times, then they send me a profoundly stupid question, asking if I am trying to pass of the same payment for different transactions.
I am still waiting for my credit, but there is simply no way of gettign in touch with a real person at this ridiculous organization. I would avoid them like the plague, but they took my money!
Don't get sucked in, the so-called service is nonexistent and they just wait until you pay a large amount, and than play stupid I think until you go away in exasperation.

Telecommunications
Voip12 has consistently been stealing money from my account everytime I dial a number to call to Guatemala, and even when it doesn't connect me it is charging me. What is worst, is that is mimicking the sound of the ring tone, giving me a fake tone when it is a recorded sound, how do i know this? becuase at the end of the tone, apparently somebody picks up the phone and says: "hola?" and continues talking for a while. This is a complete scam and I want my money back!

Cheating
They are offering VOIP services. When I bought 25 euros credit, they was having a rate with Romania - mobile of 3 cents and no connection fee. As soon as I bought th 25 euros credit, they raised up the rate to 8! cents and they introduced a connection fee of 4 cents.
I think this is cheating.

I agree. Suddenly, they have a connection fee for every calls from 12Voip credits. Before this, they are not stated in their website. Now, everything there is NOT FREE!

raising up rates AFTER purchasing credit
I bought 25 euros credit for internet telephony services. As soon as I did that they increased the rates THREE TIMES ! and they introduced a connection fee. I asked for my money back because it isn't convenient for me any more at those rates, many times, but I didn't get any response. They don't have any phone number to contact.
They are rippers. Don't do business with them.

Normally I was paying only 0.5 EUR for 30 mins calls and now I checked it and It became 2.50 EUR, this is god damn crazy! They increased it 5 times! Never buy it again!

I completely agreed with you. 12Voip are cheaters. They introduced connection fees which were higher than the rates i called. Besides, the connections 70% were cut without reason then you have to call again, so that 12Voip charged you the connection fees again. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH 12 VOIP.
Very poor connections & customer service
Who ever it may concern,
I tried to use 12 voip services to call overseas.. I am using 1500 kbs broadband service. But every time when i try to call over internet, the connection gets disconnected after 30 seconds time.
I put feed back nearly 4 times.. but no one from 12 voip customer service yet contacted me either through mail or through phone.
I haven't had such a nasty response from anyone.. Very poor customer service as well poor connection. I won't recommend anyone this service.

Mind the DTMF mixed quality BADLY effects your communications. I have a real story for you; I'm calling one of my banks, they Rep is transferring me to a robot to enter my pin #... I'm entering it, and the robot can't understand the pin. The robot says to enter again... after 3 tries it gives up. ..., and it does not understand your commands due to the line in not DTMF. You must troubleshoot DTMF problems with your VoIP connection through https://route-test.com/. They offer free testing credits. You can find the solution quickly. #VoIP

I just wrote the complaint above, since than I've been trying for the last 20 min, to email them and ask them to reinstate my free minutes since I still have 187 minutes for this week according with 12voip policy.
Thee is no way to contact this company anymore not email, NO phone number. They will give an address where supposedly we can write.
They make sure no one has a chance to complain. I encourage every one of you who has problems to write a review. This is not how a business should be run.
I am very very disappointed and might just call a news investigative reporter to report this.
I always have so much problems with the "free minutes".
According to 12Voip, I can use 300 free minutes per week to call land line in Romania. Today is day 4 of the week I use only so far 113 minutes but their robot keeps interrupting my call with "You have used more minutes than usual, therefore this call with be charge at a normal rate"!
I want to be able to use up the 300 min. (your policy) when I used up the 300 min I don't have a problem paying for extra min.
Life is not always the same, people get sick, die, wedding etc. I have no idea why 12Voip think that "usual" should work the same every day.
I am looking into a different company who will honor their policy and won't take advanage of people who already have such hardship to deal with, cancer, terminally ill, yet I can't use the free minutes that are mine.
I am really stressed, frustrated and I will tell anyone I know this company is not honest.

Dear Sir,
I had balance in my A/C earlier but VOIP signal was not comming. I deposited 10 Euro more but still the signal is not comming. The X sign is blinking. Please instruct the concerned Department to sort out the problem.

I have been using 12voip since 2006, so 7 years now. I never had problems with them. They provide very cheap calls, i used all over world when i travelled, europe, east europe, south asia, australia etc.
I was pretty shocked to see people having problems.

I have been with 12voip for a number of years. Over the last year I noticed that they started to overcharge me in line with their 'Fair User Policy' (FUP). If a customer uses more than 300 minutes a week, then the policy is implemented resulting in a much higher charge. I had barely gone over 100 minutes yet I was slugged with the higher rate, not fair. Not recommended, keep away, slimy customer service.
Website states: When making a purchase (on ''BUY'' web page), you can enable automatic renewal. It is not possible to do this. I have repeatedly asked for assistance and get no reply.
