On 5/12/2025, I returned 11 items from 3 receipts to the Macy's Northridge, CA store, the return department. After coming home and reviewing the return receipt, I noticed 2 of the items were not refunded for. Of course, I should have paid more attention during the ringing but put all my trust into the cashier as we were also talking. I immediately reached out to Macy's customer support. Today is 6/6/2025 and I am still waiting for their investigation to be over.
