Received letter in june 2026 telling my husband they were sorry to learn of my death! I am alive! Called them 90 times spoke to every boss.. Head.. Supervisor to no avail! I am being banned from ordering online because of "account violations"!? What violations? Every order made on line is being canceled! Account paid..In excellent standing! I am the only gal who accesses this macys.com account online on my desltop computer. I want these unlawful restrictions removed! I am seriously ill with cancer of my right eye.. Cannot drive this is how I shop! Please macys stop penalizing me for something I never did... Wrong!

Desired outcome: restoration of online shopping privileges and to stop canceling every online order!
