I have insurance on furniture, but one of the pillow's zipper is ripped and I did send them a picture of it, they sent an inspector and the inspector said that they will send me another cover, two days later, they sent me email that they do not cover the pillows, but why did you send inspector since you do not cover pillows and when I purchased the furniture did not say except pillows, I did request the inspector report, but they did not reply at all.
Recommendation: Do not purchase furniture from Macy's without clear details about coverage
