Macy's review: bulling by leads

I work at macys and i am always being bullied by one of the leads that work their. She starts with a lot of co-works and runs to the manager and tells lies on her co-works in order to keep them in line. She always saying i got her in my pocket and i cant do no wrong. i don't think that is fare that she can harass associates and run to the managers and tell lies and she starts with managers saying what she not gonna do yelling on the floor she spreads lies about associates and tells other associates personal business to other people. I work on the 3rd floor and its not fare at all. I been to see my manager and nothing was done as i see she still bothering other associates and the HR, manager, the store manager and the asst.store manager do no do anything about her because she has the other manager in her pocket s she says. she been in trouble a couple of times for spreading lies about associates ex. she eats out the trash, she be stealing people lunches and eating them this is just some of the things she says and does.
