Lowe's review: NEW Refrigerator Delivery Service - 5110 So. College Rd, Wilmington, NC

I have been a life-long customer of Lowes and always use this location in Wilmington, NC - 5110 So College Rd. I had a new fridge delivered recently and could NOT be more displeased with the lack of customer service. The delivery person was RUDE, NOT HELPFUL, and blatantly disrespectful to my husband and I in our 80's. He simply was refusing to take the old fridge even though it was assigned on the work order. We paid for that service mind you! He simply was not willing to put the extra effort in doing what was paid to be done. The set up of the new fridge was just him plugging it in - NO leveling or utilizing the new plumbing hardware for water supply - that I paid extra for. It was obvious, my delivery / installer was lazy. This was such a bad experience that this lifelong customer is strongly considering using a competitor next time.
