We are reaching out for assistance on our Job Order from 3/3/2023.
Our contract indicates as part of our roofing project, Lowe’s will remove existing gutters, install new 5’ gutters and haul away debris.
The roof was installed at the end of May; however, the gutters were not.
I have contacted the installation department numerous times. They indicate they have reached out to [edited] (the in-home consultant) a couple of different times requesting the necessary documentation for the gutters to be installed.
I was working through a store manager/supervisor until the beginning of June and started contacting the installation team on June 8th.
Every time I call for an update, I have to wait 2 business days for an update, and another 2 days, and another 2 days, and so on.
I hope you are able to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
