Actually, we have had several bad experiences with the Lowes Atlanta Edgewood customer service. The one last night takes the cake and made me come out and post reviews. Last weekend we purchased patio furniture to be delivered. I was told they would email me my receipt and I would receive and email about delivery. After 3 days, received nothing. Called store at 2pm thinking they should not be busy. Immediately put on hold. Waited 20 minutes and then called back. Immediately put on hold, waited 25 minutes. Called back again and was on hold for 30 minutes this time. At dinner discussed with my spouse and we decided to drive all the way there to find out about our order. I decided to call while on our way. Actually, got to talk to a person. She took my info and put me on hold. We arrived 18.5 mins later. No customers were in line. Customer service rep was just standing there looking dumb. The phone was constantly bleeping. They provided terrible customer service on purpose. This isn't the only time we have had issues. We will now drive several miles further to the Home Depot. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ACTUALLY HATE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE TERRIBLE SERVICE ON PURPOSE!
Lowe's - flooring estimate
I paid for a flooring estimate for hardwood floors. The employee came out and took all measurements. He told me I'd have an estimate with 2-3 days. It's been a week and a half and I've heard nothing. Everytime I call the store, and get transferred to the flooring department, the phone just rings. This is so unprofessional and makes me never want to shop at Lowe's again! It really pisses me off that they are that unconcerned with customer service.
