Lowe's review: Delivery service

On 9/9 [my birthday], around 4:50PM, a Lowe's delivery person in a red truck deposited a 90 lb lawnmower, ordered by my sister as a gift, to the front of my driveway near the road. It is a long drive way. I watched him back up his truck into my driveway to the garage door and to my amazement he took off leaving the heavy package at the road and entrance to the driveway. I am 78 year old woman and could not move the package. When I called Lowe's and complained they said they could send someone out in 5 days to move it to the garage door. I said it would be stolen by then. I had to try to slide this heavy package over my dollie and try to pull it down by the garage door. Unbelieveable! I was on the phone with customer service over 30 minutes while the person tried to contact her superviser.
