My husband goes there every morning for his coffee, went to the cashier named Nancy was very disrespectful to him stating that his wife (me) is a slacker in front of a lot of customer's. He called me, I went up there to speak to her she said she was going to get the manager. The manager wasn't there so the assistant manager Mrs. Phillips ( team trainer) came out and walked right passed me and my husband talked to another cashier the went back in the office and never came back out. I still haven't heard from the manager or assistant manager. Me, my husband and my company spend over

$ 10,000.00 a month just of fuel, not including drinks, food, and other products. Now last week a different cashier ran my business card 2 times for a $120.00 and never received fuel. I again went up there and talked to her and she said the card was declined, which it wasn't because I ran it at the pump. The charges were reversed the next day. We are very well known by Love's, cashiers, asst. managers, managers, and service tech's in the shop which we help from time to time for no charge, and regional managers, and Mr. Love himself (may he rest in peace). This location has vey unprofessional employes working here. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to Love's anytime soon.

My company is Telman Express Inc, I’m working with Love’s around ten years, but never experienced such a horrible experience! I’ve got some issue with my wheel at PA 05/10/23. It happened at Brookville, PA, where the closest shop turned out was Love’s shop. Shop workers made for me pretty quick estimate, unfortunately stating that breakdown is serious and is going to be very costly - around 5K and emailed me estimate. Within the process I noticed very young staff of this shop, even young technician girls, which is really untypical for truck shops! I specifically asked workers can they do this kind of complicated repair and they confidentially confirmed that they got very experienced technician - Denver! I approved immediately.

They were a lot of delays in process, including wrong parts order (this fact was openly recognized) before finally repair was completed. I paid right away and started to drive, truck simply didn’t want to move, having wheel traction control light flashing! Of course I complained to Nathan and Denver and they did ECM check, stating that computer shows that everything is ok, but clearly it wasn’t, because truck was inoperable. I argued, but they decided simply reject their fault and kick me out of the shop! First I didn’t want to do, but then tried to turn off traction control switch and it’s start to move, but all ABS system was turned off! I reached TA shop, where they replaced ABS sensor, it didn’t help! Then I proceed to Las Vegas Freightliner where they tried to fix it, but said that it’s something wrong with repair and to determine it they will have to disassemble all wheel system. I decided to take truck to my hometown San Diego, where I got one best Freigthliner technician! I was right, same day he determined that Love’s technician put wrong spare parts and they now have to dissemble all parts and order new correct one and it will cost me same amount money I spent at Love’s and plus labour for dissemble goes totally more than 6K. What could I do I approved and within one week got it back perfectly fine!

I cannot express my feelings how I dissapointed! Unprofessionalism of Love’s technicians cost me extra $7000 and 10 days of not working! I got all paperwork confirming it, including Freightliner notice on incorrect repair.

To whom it may concern, I walked into the truck shop here at, 9000 West Inpark Drive, Ingalls, IN. I proceeded to simply ask a worker (Mike) whom I saw at the desk as soon as I walked in if he could assist me with an estimate, and how much it would cost. I wanted to elaborate on the details of the estimate, but was immediately ambushed by “Mike.” He aggressively started flailing his arms and body asking what kind of estimate in a very rude and unprofessional fashion. I asked him why is he reacting so rude and unprofessionally toward me. He became even more aggressive, using profanities telling me to leave his shop. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I asked him for his information so I can file a complaint against him and he refused and again began hurling profanities telling me to leave his shop. I’m shocked and appalled as I was under the impression that “Loves” was an establishment that lived up to its mantra of providing friendly-service. All I ask is that this person don’t be allowed to continue to treat customers in this manner. And I’ll definitely be following up. I’ll pursue every avenue to ensure that no one else will possibly be subjected to this egregious-behavior. Thanks in advance.

I stopped over at Love’s gas station in Lake City Florida on April April 29, 2023 to fill ip my nearly empty gas tank on my way to Orlando. After I turn my car off it would not start again. I had towed to Nissan service center just to find out O got a bad has that caused damage to my car. It cost me s total of $1820 to get my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder fixed. What do I need to do to get compensation for all my expenses.

At approximately 00399 I purchased some Malioboro cigarettes from the truck stop on loop 335 and I27 in Amarillo, TX. I left the store and realized the gentleman gave me regular Marlboro's instead of Menthols. I do not smoke often so I did not catch it at the counter. When I went back into the store the cashier stated that wants, I leave the store I cannot exchange the cigarettes because Menthols are more expensive but offered to sell me menthol Marlboros. I do not know what kind of system this is, but I do not deal in cigarettes and felt I was placed in a box with thief's and scandalous people. I just left the store after feeling I was called some sort of thief. This system needs to change. Apparently, Menthols are more expensive. This is ridiculous.

Store 461 saint louis, mo. Had a small issue with fifth wheel with truck. They opened it up and said had no part and the part will be here in 5 days including weekend. Said ok we will pay 2 hrs labour if it is that. Driver was told a bill of $ 1200.00 applies if we leave now or we wait five days for part and it will be $ 1500.00... Held hostage. $ 1200.00 nothing fixed or 1500 and wait 5 days. Waited 5 days and the bill came to $ 2900.00... Held hostage again. Crooks, scammers, drugees, no good human beings. Had to pay $ 2900.00 to get truck released and the estimate in writing from loves was $ 1500.00 still have it

On 4/16/23 I purchased gas at loves in el Reno oklahoma on a radio road and interstate I-40. My car has since stopped running and all indications appear to be the fuel pump. Husband, who has mechanic experience, removed the pump and was starting to replace it and when looking at the gas that was in the tank. Noticed it has a green tint and compared to to gas we have on hand for lawn mowers and it absolutely has a green tint where other does not. I own a 2018 Nissan rogue SV. At this time we are not putting in the new fuel pump so as not to damage a brand new one as well. What are my steps to get loves to take action for repair of my car and get me a loaner for something wrong with the gas I purchase at loves travel stop

I have been waiting to shower at the location in Jackson, GA for an hr and 30mins next in line for a shower. Watched 4 people come out of their showers and those showers has yet to be cleaned so others can shower. This is unacceptable, it show be anyway. It seems like all clerks are on break at the same time. Where is the manager? This should not be happening. I will not be back.

Stopped in for pm waited two hrs to get in ,no biggie once in the shop it took over 2 hrs to do a pm I ask if different were checked they said yes and re torque to 50 lb pulled out side looked truck over and found none of the slack adjusters were greased and rear ends plus trans was never checked ,was flay out lied to ... will never go back again ,may never use loves again

I travel a lot due to work and stop at the Love's in hearne ,TX store 375 frequently. I normally stop between 1-3am to use the bathroom and grab a snack. Everytime I come in the cashier is always rude and unprofessional. One morning I was standing in line behind a police officer which I believe it said Calvert Police department, there were two young ladies standing between the counter talking amongst themselves. The officer stands there for at least 10 mins before one of the cashier walks off her name tag said "Marylin" the other cashier her name tag said "Endia" starts to roll her eyes and very rudely says "What?" He officer politely then ask for cigarettes and purchase them and then leave the store. Not only was this young lady rude to a police officer of first responder. But rude to me and many more customers I see it every day that I come into the store and now I will no longer be coming in this store I will also do whatever it takes to share with friends family members the experience that I received in this store and the customer service I received. I will also reach out on social media telling others never to go to the store. I have never been in a place where I felt like I wasn't welcome and like I was a bother. I understand people have bad days but this is every time I go into this store. I will make sure that all my friends will never go to the store because of the customer service that not only I receive but a police officer received from this young lady.
