I have been trying to exchange or return for over a week
I received an order from LovelyWholesale (order no. R2017090803520, trendy turndown collar broken holes blue demin long coat). When I received my item it was too small. I have been trying to put a ticket in to return it for over a week, to only get an error message each time I try. This is becoming very frustrating I just would like to get my money back.

So I ordered sept 25. And no one has reached back out to me. Not even to give me a confirmation or the shipping time. I disputed the charges through my bank and got my money back. I don’t care for the clothing because if it didn’t ship by now it not coming in time. I tried calling, emailing, and I checked everyday just for it to not be there. This is sad mainly because you have some great selections nd option and people want to buy from you but the shipping is extremely high for our stuff not to be here in less than a week. I order from different countries frequently, so there is no excuse as to the delay.

I have placed an order Spetember 19th and its September 25th and i still have not received my order and i paid An extra $20 for express shipping and i would like my shipping fee refunded back to me since i paid the amount to get my order 2-5 business days and have not received it in that amount of time frame i paid for...i am a dissatisfied customer and this was my first experience with this website!

Can I get back a refund? I ordered my giid more than a week now and cannot get any response as to where it might be now. I need a tracking number to track my goods. I'm very disappointed in your service. I doubt I'd recommend anyone to your site. I do not live in the United states so I'd like my good to return home with. This is creating bad business for you.

I never received what I paid for! I couldn't attend the wedding that I ordered the items for...II am strongly dissatisfied and I am requesting a full refund. I paid a ridiculous amount of money on the shipping in order to get the shipment by Friday, September 15, 2017. I tried to contact the customer service department of Lovely Wholesale and couldn't get through to speak with anyone. Not getting back what I paid for has left me feeling robbed. Please help me.
waste of money
I ordered items two months ago. Paid 150 dollars in total. Just like many other people who complain about them, I didn't receive the whole order. Just one item out of five. I called them and they said they already sent all the packages.I got no information about it, no notification, absolutely nothing. Not speaking of a tracking number that was probably impossible to get. What I received, in the beginning, is terrible and I would like to send it back and ask for a refund, but I'm afraid knowing how unreliable and careless they are.

I ordered one orange pullover shirt on August 21, 2017 and when I checked my account they charged me for 2 using paypal. However, I clearly chose the other option for payment which was just with my card as a guest. I have yet to receive a tracking number. On top of that, they have the wrong shipping address when I clearly gave them the correct one. I live in Alabama and they are shipping to NC which is my old address. I ambgetting very pissed off. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau! They have yet to contact me in regards of my email and phone call.
my items aren't delivered yet
I ordered (3 items) from lovely wholesale on August 6. It says it was shipped out on August 7th.
It is now August 25th and i still haven't received my package yet...when I put the tracking number in to locate where it's at, it doesn't show exactly where it is and I'm getting frustrated because I need these items for my birthday trip to Las vegas. I never had a problem with this website before and if I don't get my package soon then I will never order from them again

I ordered two outfits on the 28th of July to wear for my birthday this weekend for the 26th and the 27th and I still have yet to receive them, I can't get in contact with customers service because the line is disconnected, I tried submitting an ticket but it keeps saying that my email is invalid when that's the only email that I used to create an account with them! I'm really upset because I have nothing to wear for my birthday and it's in a few days! How am I able to get refunded? How am I able to talk to someone over the phone about this situation? It's very unprofessional and I will not be shopping with them any more after this!

I ordered 2 swimsuits from lovelywholesale 10 days ago and they have not arrived even though it was supposed to get here in 7-10 days. I checked the tracking number and it says it's still preshipment and I have somewhere to be next week so I can't just wait. If the package doesn't come I want a refund. I tried to cancel the order on the website but it won't let me and I either need the swimsuits or my money back to but one somewhere else.

I ordered 7 items back on June 12th, 2017. I finally got a tracking number July 20th, 2017. My items were suppose to be delivered on July 31, 2017 but I haven't received anything. I checked the tracking number again and it says it was delivered, but to TOKYO! What the hell is going on?! Now I just want my money back smh. I've called the numbers listed but no one answers.

Ive placed 2 orders and was given NO confirmation of the orders being accepted or processed. Cant get no type of customer service. Both phone numbers are non working and on-line ticket complaints are not answered. they claim to have on line live customer service and that is not true. Don't know if money was taken and if we will receive our orders. was given a order number but its reading that it wasn't paid for and we made another payment and ended up with the same results. SO UNSATISFIED!

I ordered couple stuff from you guys. I did the express shipment where I received the order number after I did the necessary payments but I didn't receive any tracking number. This is one of the many attempts to get into contact with you guys in regards to my order because the transactions is being reflected in my account but I haven't received any package and it's supposed to be here from Wednesday. I received a package in May which was returned as soon as it got to me seeing that I was not able to cancel the order. It's been 2months and I still haven't gotten a refund. I sent emails to Customer-service numerous times and they have yet to get back-to me the last couple of times I sent an email I have received blank emails back. They also close my ticket I submitted with them because they did not want to reply.

I order three swimsuits and I waited over a month to only have two swimsuits. I have tried to call the both numbers on the website and they do not work. I submitted emails and I have not received a answer. I just want my swimsuits an to exchange the one that is too small. This will be my last time ordering from this site. The site needs to update contact information it probably would eliminate so complaints.

defective items and false advertising
I received my order (R2017070283877) today in the mail July, 11th 2017. My birthday is in two days July 13th, I ordered TWO dresses just in case one didn't work out I'd have a back up dress ordering from lovelywholesale made sure I'd be out of luck. Both dresses look NOTHING like they did in pictures and one came with two holes at the bottom!? The pink dress never showed to have any white lace on it in the picture if I would've known that I would not have ordered it. The white dress never appeared to be see through as you can see in the photos. I would like a new order with express shipping so I can have different items worth the same amount as my order or I would like a full refund. I will send the stuff back but this is ridiculous. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed not only because it's so close to my birthday but I was relying on at least ONE of the sldresses to be accurate.
