where is my package
my name is Stella Finch and I ordered two outfits from LovelyWholesale costing me $70 and I have not received my package I keep submitting a ticket but they keep saying that it was delivered but I never gotten anything they do not have a phone number to be contacted that keeps sending me to this submit a ticket and no one is helping me with this problem
cancel order
I've been trying to cancel my order and get my money back on my card but the haven't done it yet and it's been 2 days! I keep submitting tickets like they said trying to get my order cancelled before they try to ship it and they have been ignoring me, I seriously don't want the order anymore and want my money back on my card not on their account because after what they are doing to me hurts my feelings and makes me never want me and anyone I know to ever order from them again.

Please I want to know the status of my missing orders I am really in need of them please. I ordered 10 pieces of item from lovvelywholesale in September of this year I am a guest with paypal so I paid through them. I received six of these item and I am yet to receive the remaining four of the orders. I sent emails and ticket numbers and still nothing when I entered the tracking number it said delivered. Yes some was delivered the shipment was incomplete and I cannot get no one or nothing substantial to say what is going on
sweater
I ordered a sweater. I did have an issue with delivery and shipping address, I sent an email got a timely response. Received my order with a week. I absolutely love the sweater I ordered. My advice would to order a size up, material is of great quality however. I definitely will be ordering from this company again, but I will forsure order an up size.

I have been trying to respond to a ticket since 9/02/19 I have been trying to send pictures I also have been trying to respond day and night and over night all I get is a busy server or error message or please fill in the body message this has been so stressful and aggravating at this point I tried everything possible the clothing are too big doesn't look exactly like the pictures and is poor quality!

i ordered a pair of jeans about two weeks ago and it is supposedly is still on China. I have filed tickets, plenty of them and i keep getting the same response, " refer back to my first ticket response" i find that very unprofessional and the tracking details aren't even accurate. I trying to find a customer service phone number so i can possibly get my money back or find out where my package really is

My items was not delivered and sent back to lovelywholesale and they are suppose to give me funds back. I can not wait so I can try to reorder my items . I have been waiting 7 days now and still have not recieved a tracking number and or anything else that specifies if I will be receiving my huge package . I am really counting on these clothes to be here soon. I thought this would be a more promising company but clearly I've been mislead. Your shipping policy is very interesting. It states that you will supply the tracking number after 5 days of the process of the payment being recieved. This is false information! I will not tolerate a company who gives false information and does not stand by their word! This is no way to run a business! I want to speak with your manager!
positive, quick customer service experience
I placed an order accidentally selecting the wrong sizes on multiple items. I immediately filed a ticket requesting change of size if possible, as this was 100% my mistake. They responded promptly within less than 2 hours. To inform me they changed the sizes for

missing my item
I thought that I was missing my skirt, but found it under some other items that I ordered. I have been shopping with them for 5yrs now. I have had some items that didn't fit or not what I've expected, but it has not deterred me from shopping with them. I just read the reviews or the fabric of the clothing. I've learned that some thing i need to get a size up and others are true to size. I LOVE shopping with them and will continue to shop with them

I personally don't recommend ordering from them. The material is cheap. You better get your size right the first time. The shipping is mad expensive. If you have to return anything it's not worth the cost to ship it back. And, customer service response time is reslly really slow. You can't reach anyone on the phone. You have to wait for them to approve your return. It's ridiculous. I ordered 6 items and of the 6 only 1 was acceptable. I won't be ordering from them again.
I like them
I ordered from them a few times.I've always gotten my entire order.I haven;t had any problems with the products or customer service.I plan on ordering from them often.I get lots of compliments of my clothes from them.I just wish they would use more cotton blend.Nevertheless, the order usually arrives quickly and it doesn't stink like other overseas products.

Some of my products even came earlier than I thought, which is shocking because the product is coming directly from another country. The items are coming from overseas, so think the product looks and feel great! Thanks for all the hard work and dedication

The communication is off, they response has nothing to do with my questions, i received the wrong items, and I paid extra to get here faster still took 9 days . I have been trying to get through to lovelywholesale customer service but have had no luck. I keep getting "network congestion". I've tried for the last week now and i'm pissed off at this stage. I ordered 6 items and they delivered 4. I'm still waiting for the other 2 items which i ordered through expedited shipping. The 4 items i received did not arrive within expedited time frame so what's the point in expedited shipping. To this day I haven't had any luck with getting through to their dam customer service. PATHETIC!
