I placed an order march 5th, 2018. Its funny how they/you have taken my money off my card immediately and no items nor a tracking number. I will never ever again order from you all and most promising no referrals! I think this is a shame at how you all are so unprofessional. Upon reading the complaints (which I should have before ordering) I should have know there was [censor] behind it. It seemed too good to be true. I'm surprised no one hasn't brought this company before a judge!

I ordered two dresses I have the receipt where the money has been taken out of my account and I have neither dress. If I wouldve known this mny complaints came wih this site I would have never ordered from here. Me and anybody I know will never order from this site again. All numbers are garbage they dont work. Bad business I want my money I dont want anything from ths [censor].

I am complaining about your poor service to the customer. We pay our money, it can't talk I g to anyone when there's a issue.u take our payment, but we can't talk to anyone. The links on your website for the customers to contact you are horrible and very ridiculous! 2 have tried everything to track my order down and still no results. I need to know where's my order! Every company rather it's a big or small company, need a reliable contact number for the customers, especially when there's a issue with their order. I do t have a tracking number, just a order number. It's been over the time frame of receiving my order, and I don't know how to fine bow where it is. I have been all over your website trying to fine out how to get this I formation. A poor website and I will know longer order from this website again!

I never received a tracking number to be able to track my package to know when it will arrive. I've been trying to contact your website to be able to get my tracking number, there was a number linked to your website I called it but didn't work but I'm about to go on vacation very soon so I would really appreciate if someone gets back to me very soon thank you

I ordered about $278 worth of clothing around Jan. 28th. I have no items and the money was taken from my account. I made a ticket or whatever they call it and I got a response twice. The last response was March 10th and I have heard nothing since. They will only let you create one ticket so you can not get back in contact with them. They should be sued for playing with people's money.

I have been charged. For a shipment I have no received. To whom it may concern: I tried calling the number listed for the above site but it is for another company. I ordered six items from this site, during the beginning of the month, my order status says "confirmed" but yet still I did not receive a tracking number to track my package. This is very unprofessional and unfortunate, for this company to falsely advertising merchandise online, to attract buyers. I ordered my items on 2/14/18 and I have not gotten a tracking number the stuff I ordered was 89.99 if y'all can't give me my clothes please refund my money . Never order from here. I have ordered from here plenty of times before for little things here and there. I thought it was a great site to order from so I keep ordering and 1/17/18 I ordered a number of things spending at least 100 dollars. And I have not recieved any of my items yet. When I contacted customer support they say they have no record of my order. And that can't find my package when I track it. When it clearly says on my order history that I did in fact order these items and they gave me a confirmation number and order number but now they are saying it's no record of my order. I refuse to order here ever again and advise for you to do the same. It's [censor]

I placed a order several week ago and has not yet received any of my packages. I have placed orders with lovely wholesale before and the service was prompted. I placed an order feb 18, 2018 and still have no tracking information or my order. I have submitted 3 tickets and still nothing. If I can't recevive my order then I want my $175.76 refunded back into my account just as fast as the company removed it. I don't want your store credit! Hi i just received the order that I place I have been trying to submit a refund ticket it keep saying error I'm a very upset my outfits that I recently received looks nothing like the pictures on the website they all are very baggy up top the jumpsuits and the one grey outfit looks like a grandma outfit it looks nothing like what was on the website I would really appreciate getting my money back you you could send me a shipping label so I can ship you back your clothes thank you so much have a great day

Ordered my wife 5 outfits on january 28th, 2018. Paid $38.00 for faster shipping. Needed product by february 10th. I still have not received & as like others, I can't get any info through submitting tickets on website. Can't track order or anything. First & last time I will be ordering from lovely wholesale. I ordered items from lovely wholesale January 4, 2018. On their website it says my items where shipped January 11, 2018. I've tried to submit a ticket however the website keeps kicking the message out. The tracking number also will not work! I have no way of getting in contact with customer service. Today is now January 17, 2018 and still no I have no whereabouts of my items. This is very unprofessional and unorganized. I don't even know how to get my money back! Please

I placed an order on December 28, 2017. I have yet to receive an order or tracking number. I paid for the merchandise by way of Paypal. I have the receipt as proof of purchase. I have been trying to submit a ticket for days with it resulting in error. I need some assistance in tracking my order or receiving a full refund. There should be a more convenient way of being able to contact customer service when having legitimate questions concerning a consumer's purchase.

I ordered a jacket I tried so many ways to contact lovelywholesale & it will not let me. I want to know if it will come before my birthday, if not I do not want it, before they even ship it. Ofcourse I cant tell that to them because there is no way to contacts them. If I dont get in contact with someone I will not buy from this website again. Being able to get in contact with you your seller is one of the most important aspects and this company seems to not care.

Idk why i havent recieved my clothes yet been waiting two weeks while i have ordered since 12-14-17 and its so fustrated to be waiting or looking out for mail to come when yall done took cash off of my Cradit card and it dont show up i dont think its right todo no one like u are doing but if i dont get a lawyer knowing that im a child of the Lord your business or Company going to Regrat it
