Meal
I ordered 3 half racks of ribs. Each with a loaded baked potato and cheese broccoli. The ribs were so dry and had little to no sauce on them. The potatoes were so over cooked and we didn't get the toppings. Just a plain potato. We added our own cheese and bacon from home! I assumed the broccoli had a cheese sauce, but it was just unmelted shredded cheese and 3-4 pieces of broccoli. I've lived less than a mile for from this Logan's for almost 10 years and eat there every couple of months or so. This is so unacceptable.

Food quality
Last night our steaks, 12 0z sirloin, were awful. Mine, Medium rare, looked and tasted like a hockey puck snc could have been used as an official puck. My husband's, supposed to be medium rare, Al's I looked and tasted like a hockey puck. We used to come herd quite often. Last night was our last visit. Our ioctl meat locker has 100 percent better cuts of beef.

FYI my husband and I were visiting north Myrtle beach and love Logan's in our town so we went in and was very disappointed. We order a ribeye and ribs so as u know we spent a good bit. First of all out salads came out after I said something, we waited like 45 min. Then the food came out right when we finally got the salads. Then the steak was dry almost burnt and the ribs had hardly no barbecue sauce I asked for extra sauce for them never got any. Then we asked for some more rolls never got them and never saw the waitress u til our plates were stacked up at the end of the table and drinks were empty. Then she says did u want some more rolls and drink by that time we were ready to leave. Then not for nothing but the table across from us had a different server and he was nasty and rude. He actually had his shorts hanging down past his bottom and then as he was taking the order the pulled his undergarments up and pulled shorts down further, very unprofessional and disgusting. We were very disappointed and hated that we waited as much money as we did. Something needs to be done for sure

I ordered steak well done, it came out to me rear. Sent it back part of it was done but burnt and other part was pink. Restaurant made felt like a inconvenience to them and getting my order right was not important. It is logans road house in hattiesburg, ms. They just did not care about getting order right

Waitress named Lauren at Norman Logan location was very rude. I've never received that bad of service from that specific location. It was very disappointing. The food, however, was really good. I plan on returning, I just hope that waitress isn't there. Quality in customer service, in general, has gone down hills over the last decades. People act like they just done care, anymore.

on 11 April 2021 I bought a pack of 4 gift cards for Logan's roadhouse at Sam's club in Gulfport MS. On 11 July I tried to use 3 of the gift cards at a Logan's in Dickinson Texas. The server came back and said there was no money on them. I then called regarding the 4th card, it also had no money on it. I then went back to Sam's on 12 July 2021 and was told they could not help me as the cards came preloaded with money (NO) and that I had to contact Logan's. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone except to be told there is an email address you can send to ask about this. Sent 3 emails have heard nothing. When I called today regarding a telephone number I was told they don't have one. Every phone number I tried to call that was on the web either said it was no longer in working order or no one answered. I paid 75 dollars for these cards. My spouse and I went to Logans in Pooler to have dinner Today November 16 and asked to be seated at table closest to view Ga Game on T V. The lady had ask if okay to seat us ? Then came back and seated us a table where we could barely see and my husband asked about a booth that was empty and she said NO we dont have it staffed! Never have I ever ! My wife and I were seated around 1:00 pm. And ordered a six-ounce sirloin stake. Both medium rare.the meal was delivered near raw with the meat swimming in a Red liquid. We ordered baked sweet potato and receive only one. And did not get the cake and ice cream 🍨 ordered. Also, I am a veteran and did NOT get a free meal for Veterans day.
