Logan's Roadhouse Service

My daughter and I was seated in the very back at a table with no light. I was so dark we couldn't read the menu. In front of us was a group of young adults acting like toddlers. One had ask for a booster seat immediately after I did. The waitress got my drink order and I said I had my daughters sippy cup. Immediately the boy asked for a sippy cup. The waitress brought the boy a highchair for a baby. The boy tried to get into it but ended up sitting on top of it with his legs under him. They were extremely loud and extremely rude. Apparently they worked for Logans because several waitress and waitress came to also join in on the chaos. I couldn't get a refill, I had a hard time getting a take out box and only half of what I asked for was gotten. There were other employees banging on the window where the chaos was being created. This had to be the absolute worst outing we've had. This was the Florence, al location at 8. pm

Desired outcome: I'll leave that up to Logans corporate

Logan's Roadhouse Missing items from my order

Play State order for delivery on 7:15/22 at 8:45 p.m. the order came in a timely manner but as usual was missing the rolls. The Caesar salad I got had no croutons on it. I ordered the twisted chicken and ask for honey mustard dipping sauce and it was missing as well. I ordered a sweet tea and I received a regular tea.

I wouldn't be complaining but this has been an ongoing problem in our city at one of our locations. I have in the past spoken with the manager there and address my concerns and he said he would work with his staff to improve things but obviously that has not happened.

The food at Logan's is way overpriced to be screwing up people's orders.

I have been ordering there frequently but I guess now in the future I will have to rethink this as my money is too hard to be earned.

Desired outcome: A partial refund would be nice or an in-store credit

Logan's Roadhouse Food portion

My mom, sister and I placed to go orders on Sunday, May 1. We were very disappointed in the portion sizes. We've all eaten at Logans several times and never have I experienced this. We all received 2 pieces if broccoli, a scoop of mash, it was ridiculous 😡, for the amount of money. On top of that is was very hot in the restaurant, air wasn't working!

Logan's Roadhouse Top sirloin bake potatoe/ Manager on duty

On 4-23-22 at 1648 hrs I called the local Logan’s Roadhouse in Alexandria, La.

I asked for a manager when an unk. Female answered. At first, the female was hesitate then she asked if she could help. I asked again for a manager. A short time later another unk female answered and I explained that my potatoe was not cooked and none of the dressing for it were in the bag. I advised I had two orders and neither were right. The female aske if I wanted to come back for another potatoe and I advised that I resided 25 minutes away. The female then put the phone done and left without another word.

While in the restaurant to pick up my order I observed employees playing and running through the restaurant and behaving in an unprofessional manner.

I will not be going back to this location and I will be posting this horrible food that I was served for an overpriced total of $35.00.

Please do better.

Logan's Roadhouse Horrible service

Meat was not done right like asked I asked for medium well the meat was bloody red. Side was incorrect and the other side was cold. As many times I came here this was such a disappointment. Staff in the kitchen too busy socializing to make the orders right. Too many errors for one night. Service is horrible so was the quality of the food.

Logan's Roadhouse Overcooked 6oz sirloin

I ordered the 6oz Sirloin, Medium Rare for carryout. When I arrived, I opened the container and saw that the steak was burnt on the outside, so I tore the meat in half, and showed the girl at the take out counter. I asked her if it looked Medium Rare to her, and she stated that she doesn't eat steak, and walked away! I was really miffed that she didn't contact a manager or offer to remake the order. I took a picture of the steak and have a copy of my receipt, but unfortunately, they are saved as PDF.

Desired outcome: I would accept a full refund of $14.50 or the same meal comped for my next visit.

Logan's Roadhouse Horrible customer service/ management

My husband and i recently dined at Logans 2/13/22. For our 25th anniversary well actually our anniversary is valentine's day. But i couldn't get that day off. So we canceled our reservations at another restaurant. After we were seated of course we ordered. Our food came back quickly which was great. I ordered the prime rib dinner the Valentine's special which when I dug into my steak and mushrooms. The Taste was not great so i asked for something else. My husband ate his dinner while i waited for mine. Maybe a half hour later my dinner came. When it arrived a lady in all black which looks like a manager uniform. Didn't just set my plate on the table she just chucked it on the table. As though you would throw your keys on the table when you get home. And it made a loud sound her facial expression was as though she was aggravated or was having a bad day. At that point I didn't even want to eat anymore because I thought that she might have spit on my food omg covid. She then said hears your food turned around and walked away. I have never never in my 41yrs of life experience such rudeness and bad customer service. My husband and i told the waitress we wouldn't be paying for that. But only for his dinner. We tipped the waitress only because it wasn't her fault she had to work with such people. Do anyone know how hard it is to find a babysitter during covid that you trust. Let alone for when you have a 12yr old autistic child and then a 3yr old as well. We went home after picking up our kids. I ended up eating fish sticks. What a horrible night beware of Logans Roadhouse 3153 Alpine Nw Grand Rapids Michigan location. P.S. my husband was a manager for a restaurant for 15 yrs and was insulted by this behavior too.

Desired outcome: The restaurant needs to not let this happen again to anyone else. Maybe retrain who they hire. And if you are having a bad day please don't bring your problems to work. Or don't come at all.

I had an online order and a co worker picked it up for me. Needless to say it was completely wrong. Logan's Roadhouse Individual Garden salad for $4.39

I love the Logan roadhouse especially the garden salad, for it to be just a small salad and no meat for $4.39 it is not enough. I've spoken to someone regarding this, but they were unable to really help me.

Please make the individual garden salad larger, so that it can really be an enjoyable treat and worth the money I spend on it.

Logan's Roadhouse Employee complaint

Ever since I started working at logans in Gulfport, Ms. other servers and I specifically women servers have been sexualized and tormented by a dish washer by the name of (Carlos). He has not been held accountable for his actions by other managers in fact his tormenting has been overlooked. One of the reasons being that he was having sexual relations with our manager Cynthia awhile back. She has refused to stop his outburst or even correct him when threatening us. One night he splashed water and food purposely on a server so she left her plates by the dish pit he then continued to slam the plates then he charged after her. There were plenty of witnesses including that manager Cynthia that stood by and did nothing while standing at the host stand talking and observing with her friends. That server had to stand her ground while pregnant against (Carlos). He is angry because people know of his perverted ways and relations with an ex-sever that had gotten pregnant by him. He bullied and tormented that server also until her departure. Carlos is a married man that preys on women and now currently as I`m typing this. He has cursed out severs including I and has made us feel uncomfortable and powerless. Sometimes I have anxiety and fear that I might be on the shift with him, and I just rather avoid his aggressiveness. He has also threatened to harm and do things to servers .

Desired outcome: My outcome that I would like is him being held accountable and dismissed from logans altogether.

Logan's Roadhouse Management

Today I was working my shift in Gallatin Tn and we have a new GM and when I come to the back of the store I heard and saw Richard (GM) yelling at 2 of my bosses (Kristi and sarah) he was screaming and cussing at them very aggressive and made me very uncomfortable and fearful for them and whoever else makes him mad. I've witnessed the GM punch a screen here at logans and cuss and be short tempered with other employees. I've had several customers who have seen him react to things and say he needs to be professional and not act like that. I also am concerned with the way he doesn't know how to communicate and fix problems we as servers experience on daily situations he always says go ask Kristi or Sarah or Joe which are the other bosses here. He doesn't come out to talk to our tables and he is intimidating to even ask.for help. I'm not the only person who works here who thinks that he has some issues to be addressed. He only helps with saying there isn't anything he can do about it. We all as servers kitchen members and customers have much respect for Kristi Sarah and Joe who have been here and help tremendously when it comes to logans and our business and Richard has made it clear he does not like them and wants them gone but a lot of us would be right behind them if they left, it's a business and it needs to be ran professional and not drama and lashing out. He has also lashed out at one our prep workers who dedicated her life basically to logans and does a fantastic job here and made her feel like she does not know how to do her job and belittle her to the point of crying and cussed her in front of guests. I just want peace because this job is amazing to me and I think the new gm has harmed the environment here.

Desired outcome: Mutual understanding with Richard that anger and cussing is not the way to do things.

Logan's Roadhouse Charged too much money

We went to Logan's in Cookeville Tn with a party of 6 (4 of which are kids). The first issue was we did not receive all of our food so they had to void our card and run the new correct total. When the waitress came back to return our card they handed our card back to the wrong table for which they had charged their bill to our card. So before coming back to our table she went and voided another transaction and charged a third bill to our card which in total was $245 that had came off of our card. We asked to speak to the manager thinking that they would give us some compensation or void part of our bill. Really anything at this point because what if we did not have the funds for all those transaction. The manager Thomas came out and said all he could do was give us a couple of coupons for taking 245 dollars out of our account! He also carried on by saying this happens all the time 2-3 times a day, which might be true but it isn't their money to decide if it's a big deal or not. Our original bill was 88 dollars and honestly a gift card for a future meal would have be sufficient even if it wasn't the full amount. I was a manager for 5 years at a restaurant and never would I have spoke to my customers like that. I would like to be contacted immediately [protected]@gmail.com

Logan's Roadhouse Service/Staff

Our waitress didn't offer any dessert options. She just slapped the check down and walked off. My wife and daughter both asked if we could get to go boxes and she never returned. We waited 15mins for her to come back and never did. She didn't deserve a tip at all for her rudeness and attitude, but I'm not that person. She got a tip, could've been more but it was still 12%. I hope this location gets their act together. The waitress name is Hannah K.

Logan's Roadhouse food

To Whom it may concern, my husband and I took my son and his new girlfriend to Logan's on Saturday (10/02/2021). The service was wonderful (Emily H.) but, the food was terrible. The manager (Kellie) was rude when she came to the table. Some of our food was burnt, the rice was not cooked(crunchy). The server was very apologetic about the situation. I Spent $88.67 for that meal and it was not good. I have been to Logan's plenty of times and if I felt I had been treated fairly would love to return. I would at least want $50.00 of my money back, we did enjoy the salad and appetizers.

Logan's Roadhouse Our takeout was horrible. My steak was over cooked and practically hard. My loaded baked potato came only with butter.

Logan's Roadhouse Entree

Today, 9/6 Ordered steak and rib combo at Logan's in Summerville SC
I had this many times but the ribs, instead of half rack looked like a quarter rack. I questioned with waitress and she said chef was having difficulty cutting ribs. They were falling apart. Very disappointed
Place was too busy to get a manager.

Logan's Roadhouse Service

I had an incident last week were all my cash was stolen from my purse. I let it be was not worth dealing with the petty desperate person who did it so I thought. And what a great time for someone to think it is okay to STEAL! Now today I got notified that one of my cards had almost $400 worth of purchases on the same day the card was left at the Thompson location in Nashville (8/23/21 -8/24/21). Tried to contact the manager several times at this location to speak about the incident. I spoke to an employee and when transferred to the manager on three different times, magically no one answers. I simply wanted them to look at their security cameras and find the person responsible. Going to this place with my family, has been the worst mistake and the biggest headache of my life. We spent $180 on food here and the service was horrible. How there is employees with these morals are beyond my comprehension. Seems like the location itself could care less.
