Light In The Box Got something different from what I ordered

I ordered a mens XXXL shirt from Light in the Box on 12/18/2022, what they sent me was a completely different shirt, it was a cheap version of what I ordered, it was a dye sublimated on a white satin like material and both sleeves were 5" too short. When I complained to them they gave me 2 options, keep the shirt (which I don't want) and they will give me a 30% discount on my next order (which I will not order from them again} or send the shirt back, I pay the shipping , and they will give me a 10% discount on my next order (What!). I talked to the online support and sent them pictures of both shirts so they could see the difference, they wrote back and said they see the mistake and agreed that I didn't get what I ordered.

Desired outcome: Stop making stupid deals with me and resend the shirt that I ordered

I did answer you, I said no to all you're offers, why in the world would i rebuy anything from you, even with a discount? The only way you could honor my order would be to send me the correct shirt that I ordered, and to make sure that the sleeves are the correct length, like I said, I normaly wear an american XL, but I ordered a XXXL from you and it was still too small, so it's obvious you don't have a realistic quality control dept. to make sure your customer gets what they order. So this order is NOT resolved, you still gave me the wrong product and the reason I will not order from you again is that you didn't make it right, the mistake is on your end, not mine

Light In The Box Items do not match advertised images

Really poor quality products, which do not conform to the pictures on the website:

* Cycling shorts with paper thin material and no cycling padding.

* Compression shorts with loose fit and ugly sewn-on zip border

* Cap with a metal clip instead of velcro strap

Each of these items differed in style from the advertised pictures.

Customer service just delays and says returns will take a long time, then says I have to pay return shipping costs (to China) because "there's nothing wrong with the products".

Desired outcome: A full refund without expensive return shipping

Light In The Box It’s a woman’s top long sleeve

I placed an order a week ago and I have not received a email address to say when it will be delivered when I’ll get it or anything I have paid for the item because it’s come out of my bank account I have been trying to get through to these people for two days every time I put in my email address and password it says incorrect how can it be incorrect when I’m using it all the time this is so annoying I won’t be ordering anything else from you again

Light In The Box Return Shipping cost more than Shirt

I bought.a sweater from Light In a Box and it looks nothing like the picture. It's brownish black when I ordered black. It's not a sweater it's a polyester shirt. Thin material and not a cowel neck when the picture clearly shows a cowel neck not a turtle neck . I opened a dispute with PayPal and they got a resolution I'm not happy with. I'm suppose to send it back to China on my dime when the shirt was only $16.99 plus tax and it's going to cost me over $17.00 to send it back. I believe they know this and it's their loop hole not to deal with returns. Isn't there a cheaper or easier way to get my money back? Even half of it is acceptable.

Light In The Box Soft clouds leggings

I ordered some Softcloud Leggins for my wife and paid extra postage to ensure they will get here in time for Christmas. They have just arrived today so missed the Christmas deadline and I’m absolutely disgusted that you could sell this product as the same image on your website.. the sizing is ridiculous. My wife is a standard size 10, so I ordered a large and you would get two of her legs in each side of the leg and they are so wide and the picture on the website shows a lovely thick fleece which mine do not have and the fleece goes up to the top of the leggings inside yet on the ones I have received. It starts about 3 inches down so it’s a complete misrepresentation of the product - I want a full refund, but I also would like a refund of the postage as I feel this item is not as described and I am very frustrated about it. Please can someone let me know how I can get a full refund including postage, and you can send me a return label as I’m not prepared to lose any more money with this company.

I ordered the Softcloud tights. I want an exchange so returned them to the Chillora address. There is no way to contact this company! The email address they give you is fake so you just lose your money.

Light In The Box Mens Jacket under sized for the UK.

I bought my husband a jacket for Christmas as per the company's size guide. When he tried this on on Christmas Day it was totally undersized and we cannot find anyway of contacting lightinthebox on Boxing Day even spending hours online trying to find an email address or a contact telephone number for the UK. We eventually found only for both not to work. This type of trading needs to be banned here in the UK. I am now stuck with a jacket that is of no use to my husband or any other member of my family. I am very angry at this company. I will make sure that my friends and family are aware of this company and will also get them to share on various internet sites warning them of this company. I will also be contacting Trading standards and also citizens advice ASAP.

The item was a Men's Winter Padded Winter jacket warm puffer (there description)

Had I known this company was a Chinese based Company and not UK based as per there web site I would have never placed an order.

Light In The Box Returns policy for a winter coat

I bought a winter coat from Light in the Box. It is made from poor quality fabric and is not lined making it not fit for purpose as an outdoor coat.

I am being told I must pay shipping costs for returning the item. I don't have to do this with any other company. It also appears to be in contravention of UK consumer law which states:

You do not have to refund a customer if they no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it.

As I clearly bought it without seeing it I should have a right to return the item without charge.

Desired outcome: Return of the item without charge.

I have subsequently noticed that the collar interfacing has not been sewn in properly meaning it doesn't lay flat as it should. The item is therefore poorly made with substandard material and is not fit for purpose as an outerwear coat as described.

Light In The Box Three casual dresses ordered from Light in the Box on 21 November 2022 delivered on 16 December 2022

The Oder was delivered on 16 December 2022 and all 3 dresses were totally unsuitable as regards quality of the fabric as well as cut and styling which certainly did not meet international standards. With the Christmas rush I decided I would apply for a refund after Christmas but this morning when I tried to get a return ticket and return address discovered to my horror that it was not possible as the return period of seven days had elapsed. The order was for a total of $102.48.

I would like to alert people as to the apparent poor customer service and return policy of this company. However on a previous occasion I ordered 2 red cushion covers which I was totally pleased and so I ventured to order these three dresses from them. Your assistance in dealing with Light in the Box would be greatly appreciated.

Light In The Box Women's leggings mixed color christmas sports

product YJK01-A24-arrived after 2 weeks. I ordered 3 XL said runs true to size. I cannot even get 1 leg in. It looks like a womans small. Not satisfied with return policy of keep it and get 10% back. I really needed this item and am truly dissapointed in 3 of the 6 products I ordered.

Ordered a size XL and it is very tiny for a womans size. It seems to be a kids XL. I would like a larger size replacemet or a refund. Not just 10 %. Thats not fair. Winter # 9348038. Waited 2 weeks for this Christmas gift and cannot use it. Please help!

Light In The Box 21Grams Men's Bike Shorts Cycling Shorts

I ordered 2 different bike short on order number: [protected]. Both pairs are size small and same price. One pair fits (Nuckily brand) but the other pair is way too big. I tried submitting a request through the 'return or exchange' section of the website but it kept asking me to "Please check your email format". The email address was populated automatically, but it didn't work. I tried many time and many ways but still got the same results. I have enclosed a picture of the 2 pairs of shorts. The small 21 Grams short is obviously much larger than the small Nuckily short. The 21 Grams short label says 'small' but that is an error. I would be happy with another small Nuckily short or my money back.

Desired outcome: Either a refund or another pair of Nuckily shorts - same as the second pair I purchased on the same order.

Light In The Box Incorrect product received

I placed an paid for an order on

26.11.2022 for a file organiser bag at £17.56. I did NOT receive a confirmation of order. The order arrived on 13.12.2022. What I received was a small toilet bag which, firstly is far too small for my purpose and, secondly is not to the value of £17.56.

This is not satisfactory. I would like to return this article and request a refund. Could you please advise me of the procedure I need to follow.

Light In The Box My package was returned to the sender and I never got my money back for it

So I was ordering a pair of cosplay raccoon ears and tail for my partner for Christmas and was having it sent to a friends house since I don't trust my family around my mail but it was returned to sender due to some complications and so I tried to get it redelivered with the tracking number on the USPS website but it never worked so the package was sent back to the sender and I was never refunded because I'm not sure if I will ever get the package after it was sent to the sender.
