My refrigerator has stopped working after 10 months of owning it. The customer service rep lied to me, I took off work because I was told someone would come to my house and they never showed up. I now have to wait 2 weeks for a product to ship, even though they didn't come to see what's actually wrong with my fridge. I have a family to feed, and now have to buy a fridge to hold food while this company orders parts with no urgency. The worst experience I've been through. Hundreds of dollars worth of food ruined and now hundreds of dollars spent buying a new fridge and food. Worst company ever.
