LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhdlg electronics (m) sdn bhd "lg malaysia" took 3 months to redeem a gift from 25-aug till now no news

Hi LG Malaysia,

I wish to lodge this official complaint against your bad marketing team in response to the gift redemption bad experience.

1. We have purchased a TV 55UK6300P at 25/8/2018 because you are offering sound bar during the merdeka sales.
2. After about 1 month waiting, we try to call to LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd to check on the status. We have been passing around to different department and it landed at the marketing department. Marketing department ask us to provide detail which till now 12-Nov (3 months after the purchased), we have no yet received the free soun dbar.
3. We have again called for 3 more times at different dates, the standard answer given by the marketing department is wait in queue.

I wonder if you need more than 3 months to redeem a gift for LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, it is kind of cheating your customer. Your free gift affect our decision in selecting a better product/brand/customer service which will give us better experience overall.

We could not tolerate with this kind of service quality provide by LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd.
