Levi Strauss & Co.

My husband and I entered the Levi Store at the Birch Run outlet in Birch Run Mich. Nobody greeted us and there were three women working and one gentleman in the back. I have never shopped this store before because I was to big. Now I am more than able to wear these jeans and was looking forward to finding jeans with a great fit for my height. I approached a lady folding jeans by the area I was interested in and was asking questions about the sizing because I didn't know the difference. She would not help me and just finally walked away from me and my husband. Said this size is a 14 and walked away. I had to go ask if I had to ask or can I just go try them on, she said I have to unlock it. Unlocked the door and just left me standing there. The gentleman working was very nice and struck up a conversation with my husband. I feel it was a racial thing because all in the store we're of color and my husband and I are caucasian. For it being my first time there it was a terrible experience and I probably won't be back.
