These guys are absolutely awful, fraudulent and incompetent! I ordered a personalised shirt on-line for a wedding with a 30 day turn around period, the shirt apparently got lost in transit and CT couldn’t offer a replacement in the timeframe, so I of course requested a full refund. They ignored my request and send a voucher, so I called them and explained I wanted a refund as I had to buy a shirt elsewhere and the date was missed. The customer service agent (who was very unprofessional and could barely hold s sentence together) requested my bank details and advised the refund would be in my account within 5-7 days.

This was over 3 weeks ago… I messaged CT to ask for an update, only to now be told we can’t give you a refund after-all as the shirt was a personalised shirt, without acknowledging the irrelevance of this as order lost!

Furthermore, despite spending hundreds of pounds, buying multiple shirts off CT over the years, the customer service rep had the audacity to reference an old order from several years back (and completely different address) which also got lost in the post, suggesting there a problem at my end accepting deliveries, again a completely different address for a order which again CT did not deliver, yes she was somehow insinuating the fault is with me, the customer. Pretty insulting…

You take my money 11th of June, completely failed to fulfil the order, then promise a full refund only to revert back to a gift voucher 23rd of July. What more can I say!

CT are not only incompetent and unprofessional, but it appears they are dishonest! Not great attributes for a retain organisation.

Quite frankly, you can keep my £79 as a good bye gift, because you will never receive my custom again, I share this review, through both frustration, and to warn others as to just how low the CT has dropped in standards.

Charles Tyrwhitt shirts are the absolute best wrinkle-free and non-iron shirts available at any price. They put Brooks Brothers, Black Brown, and Jos A Bank to shame. The shirts come out of the dryer looking like they were just professionally cleaned and pressed. You can customize the shirts with various sleeve lengths or add a pocket at a nominal charge.

The items are shipped from the UK, so shipping times can be slightly longer than normal but reasonable. Although the normal price is $150-$160 per shirt for the non-iron's, they go on sale quite often at $40 - $50 each and are well worth it at that price.

The only downside that I have found is that many styles tend to be a little too modern or flashy for a traditional office setting, although there is a nice selection of traditional styles to choose from. I have been wearing Charles Tyrwhitt shirts for years and have never been disappointed. They are comfortable, stylish, and durable.

I highly recommend Charles Tyrwhitt shirts to anyone looking for high-quality dress shirts. They are perfect for any occasion, from a day at the office to a night out on the town. I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts. I mean, I was really excited when my daughter gave me a shirt from them as a gift. She even gave me the order number in case I wanted to exchange it for a different color. But when I tried to do just that, the company gave me a hard time.

I used their return service on their website, and now they have my shirt. But they won't process my exchange because I'm not the one who bought it. They say only the purchaser can do a return or exchange, and that a gift recipient can't do it. I mean, seriously? What kind of rule is that? I just want a different color shirt, not a refund or anything.

This guy Elliot is the one who's been giving me the run-around. He keeps making all these excuses and won't let me talk to anyone else. It's really frustrating. I don't know why they can't just let me exchange the shirt. It's not like I'm trying to scam them or anything.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company unless they get their act together. They need to sack Elliot and re-train their entire return and exchange staff. It's just not right to treat customers like this.

These shirts are pretty good, especially if you can snag a coupon code. If you don't have any issues, you'll probably be fine. But if you do, don't expect customer service to help you out. I'm never shopping with them again.

So, I got this mail offer for 3 shirts for $99 from Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts (ctshirts.com). I thought it was a good deal and decided to give them a try. I'm a pretty experienced online shopper, but their website was a real pain in the neck to navigate. I tried using Edge, Internet Explorer, and Google, but none of them were any better. So I was looking for some new shirts and came across Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts (ctshirts.com). They had a promotion going on where you could get 3 shirts for $99, which sounded like a great deal to me. I clicked on the link and ended up purchasing 6 shirts. Throughout the whole checkout process, the sale price showed up in my cart and I never had to enter a promo code.

However, when I checked out, the sale price was removed and my credit card was charged for the full amount. I was pretty upset about this and immediately contacted their customer service. They told me that I would get a refund in 2-3 business days, but I never received it. So I contacted them again and they told me that it could take a couple of weeks to get my STORE E CREDIT, not a refund on my credit card.

I was pretty frustrated with this whole situation and asked to speak to a supervisor. They told me that it had already gone through a supervisor and that this was my only option. So basically, this company charged me about twice what I was supposed to pay and then kept my money, only giving me a store credit.

I even reported them to the BBB, but the company never even responded to their complaint. So I would definitely proceed with caution if you're thinking about purchasing from Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts. Their business practices seem pretty unethical to me.

So, I got this email from Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts, and I thought I'd check out their men's long-sleeve dress shirts. I ended up buying a package deal of three shirts. The first two shirts arrived pretty quickly, but I didn't realize they were coming all the way from the U.K. The third shirt is on back order, and I won't get it until November. But hey, at least they let me know about it.

The shipping charges and the price of the shirts were pretty reasonable. And the two shirts I did get were made of good quality material. The sizes were accurate, too. They fit me just right. But there was one thing that really bugged me about these shirts: they didn't have a front pocket. I don't know if that's a U.K. thing or what, but I really missed having a place to put my pen and pencil. It's such a small thing, but it made a big difference to me.

I placed my order on the 6th of January, and according to the delivery information, it was supposed to arrive after 11 working days. However, it never happened. I was following up with my order for the past week, and I was informed that it would be delivered on the 22nd of January, which is today. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any message, call, or email, so I decided to follow up myself and contacted them through Live Chat. The gentleman who assisted me had zero experience in handling customers or even knowing what to say. He told me that it would be delivered today, and when I asked for a contact number, he informed me that my parcel got lost in transit and offered to replace it. He also mentioned that after the parcel leaves the warehouse, there's nothing they can do, which seemed unprofessional.

I decided to speak to someone over the phone and made a call. The gentleman who answered informed me that the shirt I ordered on the 6th of January, and which I had already paid for, was unfortunately out of stock. I was speechless and felt angry. I had been waiting for so long, and this was so disappointing! I didn't expect this from a brand like Charles Tyrwhitt. It's a shame!

I understand that mistakes can happen, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope that Charles Tyrwhitt can improve their customer service and communication in the future to avoid similar situations.

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts. I mean, everything was going great until I had a problem with one of the shirts I ordered. I got five shirts, and one of them ripped in the elbow after only eight months. I mean, come on, that's not even a year! I was pretty surprised, too, because I had heard so much about how high-quality these shirts were supposed to be. I wrote to customer service and sent them some pictures to prove what happened, and I asked if they could give me a credit for the value of the shirt. I mean, I had to pay extra for shipping and import duties to get it to Canada, but I didn't even mention that in my message. I just wanted them to make it right.

But you know what they did? They sent me a generic message that didn't even address my problem. They just said they were sorry and there was nothing they could do. I mean, seriously? I'm only 25, and I'm just starting out in my career. I can't afford to throw away money on a company that won't even try to make things right for their customers. It's just bad business, you know?

I recently got myself a white poplin shirt from Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts (ctshirts.com) and I must say, it was a great deal at just USD 39.95 with free shipping all the way from England. The shirt is very well made and the best part about it is the collar. It's crafted so well that it looks like an executive quality collar.

One thing to note about the white poplin shirt is that it's a bit translucent, so you might want to wear an undershirt with it. However, I compared it with my Calvin Klein white poplin shirt and found that the latter was even more translucent. I think this is a common issue with white poplin shirts and not just with Charles Tyrwhitt. Despite this, the shirt is extremely well-constructed and looks very handsome. I wouldn't hesitate to wear it to a job interview.

The Tyrwhitt shirt fits me perfectly and it's a bit roomier than other shirts of the same size. I had such a great experience with the white poplin shirt that I decided to order another one, this time a royal blue puppy-tooth shirt. It's also very well-constructed and looks very handsome (check out the photo). The shirt came with two brass collar stays, which is a nice touch. Like the white poplin shirt, it's a bit roomy, but I don't mind that. If you prefer a slimmer fit, you can always order the shirt in a slim fit. I can't wait to wear my new shirt to work!

What's really amazing is that Charles Tyrwhitt offers a six-month return period, even if you've already worn the shirt! They do charge a $8.95 fee for that privilege, but have you ever heard of another clothing retailer that lets you return clothes that you've already worn? I certainly haven't. This just shows how confident they are in the quality of their products. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I would highly recommend Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts to anyone looking for high-quality shirts at a great price.

And to make matters worse, I got another message saying that my second order was cancelled too, because apparently there was a fire in the warehouse or something. So now I'm out of money and I don't even have any shirts to show for it. Honestly, I'm thinking about going to the police and reporting these guys for fraud. It's just not right.

I gotta say, I've been a fan of CT shirts for a while now. They always looked so sharp and felt like they were made to last. But my last order was a real letdown. I decided to add pockets to my 5 shirts for an extra $15, but when they finally arrived, they looked like they were made by a blindfolded monkey. The pockets were all puckered up and the material felt like it was made from recycled plastic bags.

But instead of a refund, I got an evoucher for future purchases. What the heck is that supposed to do for me? I called back to ask for a refund instead, but was told that wasn't an option. I felt like I was being misled and that the company wasn't standing behind their promise.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with CT shirts this time around. I hope they can get their act together and start delivering the quality and service they used to be known for.

I recently got myself some chinos from Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts (ctshirts.com) and I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try them out. I mean, who doesn't love a good pair of chinos, right? So, last weekend I decided to wear the British green pair for the first time. I went to button up the button inside and to the side of the fly, and what do you know, the button fell right into my hand! I was pretty disappointed, to say the least.

But that's not all. I also bought two casual shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts, and when I tried them on, I noticed that the sleeves were different lengths on each shirt. One shirt had sleeves that were 3 cm longer than the other! I decided to return the blue shirt to be altered, and now I'm just waiting for it to come back.

Now, don't get me wrong, I've been pretty happy with the clothes and service from Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts so far. That's why I was willing to let the first mishap "go through to the keeper", as they say. But the shoddiness of the poorly sewn button has me questioning the "final check" before dispatch. I mean, come on, guys, you gotta do better than that!

I'm not sure if I'll buy from Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts again, but only time will tell. I really hope they step up their game, though, because I do love a good pair of chinos and some nice casual shirts. Here's hoping for the best!

I tried to place an order online, encouraged by the £30 discount voucher Tyrwhitt had sent me.. I tried to find out where I could insert the discount code so I could complete my order of 4 shirts; it was not there. I contacted the online chat person, [GuGu I think]. She insisted that the box was there at the payment point but could not locate it for me. She then insisted that the Liberty Print shirts I had included in my order were excluded from the offer but despite my questions could not tell me where this information was given. She then gave up on me and told me to telephone the customer line the next day which I did.

When I eventually got through I had to tell the whole tale before my order could be completed

I have been a very loyal customer over the years but I'll have to think carefully before I place another order.

I have been a longstanding customer of CT for a number of years. I have around 15 shirts + bought from yourselves along with other accessories such as gloves, cufflinks, scarves.

However I have noticed the quality of your shirts have diminished considerably which is concerning. Specifically, I have 2 shirts which are completely unusable now as the crease marks are so extreme that no level of ironing can keep them crease-free.

Yes, notably these 2 shirts are not non-iron, but this should not mean that a simple iron can't solve the problem. I would expect a much higher standard of quality from yourselves.

I have taken these 2 shirts to one of your stores and the staff refused to accept responsibility saying 'it is over 6 months' and that 'it says on the label it is not non-iron'. To me, that suggests that CT accept that their shirts that are not non-iron are prone to being permanently creased which is very concerning.

Also, I have noticed the leather gloves are loose at the back and in comparison to TM Lewins glove range, are seriously lacking (these have a button or strap at the back to enable tightening).

In conclusion, this is a very belated complaint as I have not had the time. I am prepared to drop the gloves complaint if the shirts matter can be addressed by some form of compensation. Otherwise, and with regret, I will no longer be shopping at your stores and will advise my network of the same.

Yesterday I went to Bicester village to get a competitive price on a waistcode, SUW0003NTL4TR which I ended up buying for £99 (with a 10% discount because it was marked). I then looked on the website and saw the same waistcoat at the same price! I though that bicestester village sold last season items at outlet prices which is why we went there to visit your shop. We live in London and had to pay both fuel and use a day of our time when we could have bought the same item at the store up the road for the same price. I'm looking for something by way of compensation for wasting our time. There was no sign in the Bicester store saying it was the same as high street prices and its very misleading when Bicester Village is known for outlet pricing.

on the 9th of September, I went to their Regent street store and the staff that served me at the counter was not only rude when I asked her to double check that she had accounted for all items correctly but also she didn't use my voucher of 20GBP and charged my full price.

This morning I looked at my receipt and realised that she had literally just kept my voucher and bullied me into paying full price. I am going there today to return the items ask for a refund and never go to Regent street store again.

I received a defective shirt from www.ctshirts.com. I contacted customer service and told them that my shirt arrived dirty and asked them to send me another one. They said that they cannot accept the defective product back and said that I can solve the problem myself by just washing the shirt. These guys are beyond ridiculous! I demanded a full refund but they said sorry will not happen. I regret the day I found this site and ordered from, the worst company I have ever deal with!

I bought jeans from www.ctshirts.com, and the seller stated that his production was authentic. He replied to all my emails, but after I ordered and paid for it, the seller didn’t provide any confirmation info as well as he stopped to reply. I sent multiple emails, but no response. I have no idea what to do now. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I received a catalogue from Charles Tyrwhitt in November with what seemed to be a great promotional offer on mens dress clothes. I placed my order online on November 22, 2010 and, to date, I still have not received the shirts, ties and cufflinks that I ordered.

Near the end of December, a customer service rep assumed it was "lost in transit" and placed a new order order of nearly the same clothes in the original order (leaving out one shirt without telling me). The order still has not arrived. Of course they charged me for the complete order way back in November minutes after the order was placed.

Numerous calls to customer service reps are fruitless. Stock answers about weather delays and security checkpoints continue to ring hollow. It seems as if I've placed an order in 1779, where a boat would cross the Atlantic and, due to high seas and storms, take months to arrive.

I would recommend avoiding this company. I have wasted so much valuable time trying to track down my order and complain to this company. There were also issues regarding the professionalism and knowledge of the customer service representatives, but I think you all get the picture by now.
