LensCrafters review: Warranty and store manager - Florence Mall, Ky store.

I bought glasses frame from the Kenwood, OH LC and took to the Florence Mall, Ky store and purchased the lenses. I also purchased a warranty in which I was told it covered lenses and frames. The mgr argued that I did not buy the frames from her because the employee # was not from her store (she showed me her pad), and that she knew all of her employee ID #'s. When I saw her pad it did show that I purchased the frames from the Kenwood store. Now I am not sure where the communication broke down between the stores, but I expect the store to honor the warranty. The mgr started denying things before we ever got the story straight. She attempted to repair the frames but they are still lose. I told her that I would not return as a customer. She said have a nice day! I had a warranty... my wife was there when I bought my glasses and 2 pair for her. We have spent thousands at that store, but no more. I felt like I was being manipulated and given the runaround. I won't argue for very long - I just take my business to other places.
