LensCrafters review: deception and fraud ( 1 comment)

My husband and I made an appointment with Dr Martens @ Lens Crafters Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa, Oklahoma We went for our appt, were not late, called the number on the sign. The girl was rude to the person calling, she stated she would be right out to get us. Waited about 15 min, noone came, there was a caged gate closed to access and the hallway as far back as you could see was dark. There was noone in line or waiting. The couple sitting on the bench in front of Lens Crafters were waiting for there name to be called for glasses. The girl hung up while my husband was trying to ask if we were forgotten. Girl came to the cage closure and lifted it. I started to walk in into the dark hallway. My husband started to walk behind me. Girl stopped and said you were two minutes late. We both proceeded to tell her that we were not late and she said she was needing to verify our insurance coverage. My husband said, we just want our eyes examined to get new glasses and didn't need anything else and we will pay without insurance. Girl stated we couldn't do that in case more needed to be done. My husband said, you really don't have to be so rude.. she stated she could be any way she wanted and she stated, just so you know, the insurance would have allowed us $55 off the bill, but we were rude to her and there was no way we would get it. My husband wanted to speak with someone other than her and she said, again, you don't have to be so rude. She walked over lifted the gate and said you can just leave! The couple on the bench heard everything. The man said he was just in there before us and got past the arrogant girl and the doctor started examining his eyes. The man's mask kept drooping. The doctor told the man to fix the mask. The man told the doctor he tried, but the mask was stretched and you can clearly see the glasses are pushing on it. Dr Martens got angry and told the man this examination is over and asked him to leave. We left the mall and the couple continued to sit and wait to be called to get glasses from Lens Crafters, man stated "I don't even know if my script is correct or not". They literally thru away three paying customers. How can they act with such hate for no apparent reason? Don't go here to get yours eyes tested, the doctor and his insane receptionist can't be of help to anyone.
