I purchased a pair of burberry frames in february 08 about 220. In June I went in for an adjustment on Sunday. Monday morning I noticed the sparkles on the side had begun to fall off. I went to Lenscrafters Monday and complained to the sales associate. She asked how long ago I purchased the frames. When I told her only months ago she proceeded to tell me oh it depends how you are caring for the frames, and I dont know what kind of work you do. She went on to tell me she had lost a stone in her glasses as well, when I asked how long she had her glassess she stated over a year. I said to her well I had only had my glasses months and the stones should not be falling off. She went on to say that if it was due to the adjustment The stone closes to the lens would be gone. I will never shop at lenscrafters again!!! There products are too cheap and expensive and they really dont care at all about customer service
