LBC Express poor customer care service

August 15, 2019 i shipped the item to my costumer, first they said the address was wrong so i stop by at the branch to update the address so the item but no receipt no nothing, i kept on stopping by to check but 1 month later of waiting they said that come back at 2-3 days Tang ina nothing happend and worst they disposed my ITEM.
Poor service 1-5!
September was a waste of my time on waiting just to tell me on october na disposed na ang item ko.
And i was really on concern about it cause pabalik balik ako and walang action ginagawa ang branch. They said that i have to wait for the item to return so i could reship it but now october its all gone !
I even message the costumer service through email, no nothing poor service onspot and out!
When i'm always at the branch they make me wait for almost 45 mins -1hr, just to tell me "comeback tom " but 1 month nothing?and they give reason such as its the other branch fault? They can't even call the place which they drop my item? And now they just want me to ask for the refund value of my item, and i said the value they were like hesitating? So it was like my job to call so i could get the money? Isn't their job to do it? They have a phone infront of me like wtf?
Its that even right? Making both me and my costumer wait! I did my job as a sender doing updates and such. Frequently asking if any news and such wala tae na deadma, worst they have attitude towards me too cause nakukulitan sila? So is that a reason to just tell me "balik ka nalang tom" .
Poor service of the employees.

LBC Express parcel delivery

Hi team,

Yesterday I sent my parcel and it will be deliver to Manila and I trace my parcel using the tracking number and it seems I cannot track my parcel. What should I do or how can you fix this problem. It's useless if ur giving us a tracking number but i can't track my item. This is my tracking number [protected]. I'll wait for your feedback ASAP!

LBC Express unethical behavior | wrong transaction details

To whom it may concern,

I am highly dismayed and upset to what I had experienced yesterday at the said LBC branch. Your girl associate (I do not know here name) who processed my LBC parcel, [protected], missed to put the right amount to collect from the recipient. She put 1080php instead of 920php. Now, the recipient no longer wants to receive the parcel nor make an arrangement with me in paying the excess amount. The recipient already requested to cancel the parcel. So, aside from losing a sale, I will lose 170php for the transaction fee.

Your associate should be taught good attitude and excellent customer service. Yesterday, you could feel that she was very dismayed with the queue of waiting customers. She barely speak and already dismissive.

I would love to hear ang progress on this complaint. This is the worst experience I ever had so far.

LBC Express I am complaining for their poor service

I am expecting the parcel that must be deliver today but because of their poor service the deliver cancel, they couldnt find the address that we give.. Everytime I had a delivery anywhere but they easily find my place.. Why if its here in batangas they will told you they couldnt fine because the address is not complete.. But you jave an option.. You can call the no we attached in the information in the receipt. You musf yo take an option.. So pls deliver it as soon as possible because this is the second time that it happen if my item is from mindoro.. Supposed to be deliver but it doesnt hapoen.. We pick up the item that must not be.. Because we pay for door to door delivery.. Pls take n action for it. My address purok 1 san roque bauan batangas, their have a gas station before the bridge.. Thats the place. You can call the no attached because tge location is exactly there.

LBC Express refund of the damaged iphone

Hi! Iam filing a complaint against LBC savanna branch Makati, I send an iPhone 6plus on 8/26/19at their branch unfortunately the phone was damaged upon pick up. I submitted a complaint with photos on 09/10/19 after the investigation I was approved for a refund of 10, 300 and will be processed within 1-2 weeks it almost 4 weeks now but no refund receive yet and I have returned back the damaged phone to the LBC savana but now they were asking me to send the charger of the phone because they cannot validate the phone. I am really frustrated, I have followed everything that I have to submit and now they were holding the refund just because they cannot validate because of they don't have a charger for an iPhone. The charger was included on the package when i send it but the amount declare is only for the iPhone. I am willing to cooperate and send them back the charger as well but no one is now responding to me at LBC savanna branch and how can i be guaranteed that the refund will be processed esp now that they have the phone. All I am asking is an assurance from your company that I will get what I deserve. Cause they keep running around the bush about the refund, one day they said it will be released then the next day it will be just requested and then another day they dont have it yet and they dont have any idea when will it be released. LBC Express palawan delivery napuntang mindoro. nirerefund ung value and service charge 15 days na wala pa

Delivery start sept. 17, 2019 going to palawan. 4 days nakalipas nag follow up ako. Napunta daw sa mindoro delivery. Binigyan ko na 1 week pra madeliver. Hindi parin dumating sa destinasyon nag file ako ng refund at bayaran ung value. 1 week ulit nakalipas bago tumawag customer service. Under investigation daw, hinahanap kung kanino macha-charge. Oct. 6, 2019 nagfollow up ako ulit tatawag daw ulit ang customer service.

LBC Express delayed delivery/lousy service

I was expecting my package to arrive by friday but then it didnt. I went to the nearest lbc close to my address but i was told to call lbc hub instead since my parcel was there. Saturday, i called their landline and good thing someone answered it. I gave my tracking number and was told to wait for 15 minutes! But no one came back, i can only hear voices. I dropped the call because i was calling via mobile phone. I wasted my time and money during that useless call. No resolution made. Please lbc improve your services and your people. Very lousy.

Last follow up: October 1, 2019 ( between those days we were in vacation in the Philippines)
Last update from Khobar office or from the app is, it was already ship just last October 3, 2019.

Desired resolution: atleast expedite the number of delayed days thru upgrading from sea to air cargo... As it is expected to be delivered within 2 months.

5x o higit pa dmadeliver ung credit card ko sken, tpos nakausap ko ahente ng bdo my nakatanggap ng card ko na taga ibang address at taga ibang brgy how come binibigay ng mga tao nyo un sa ibang tao na wala namang auth letter ngkaron tuloy ako ng fraud charj sa card ko. Hindi lng yang screenshot na yan sobrnag dmi ko pang gnyan kse nga 5x o higt pa dnila madeliver card ko tanga tanfa sa direksyon at kung kni knino binibigay card ko ngkachrj tuloy ng iba sila b mgbbayad nun? Hala. Grabe naman iyan. Oo nga bakit ibinigay sa ibang tao. Yung akin nga di ko pa natatanggap kasi ayaw din ibigay ng wala ako. Hanggang nareturn na siya kay BDO. Kaya nagrequest ako ng redelivery sa updated address. Maski postal code binigay ko na etc. Pero wala pa din ako narereceive na bago tracking number. Haist. Pahirapan nanaman. Sana kasi may option na branch pick up nalang para pwede nalang iclaim. 😑 Mas may tiwala pa sila na ibigay sa LBC courier kaysa sa Branch employees nila hehe.

LBC Express door to door package delivery

I am Edilyn Mendoza, I went back home in the Philippines last July and send a package to Frulando Melo in Batangas City July 21 at your SM Sta.Mesa branch. I put my brother's cellphone number as a contact number since I am leaving the next day. He received a call from LBC last Sept.5 and told him that noone received the package so it was sent back to Manila (I don't know where, maybe the branch). How come that they phoned after 2 months after we send the package? I asked him to go to the branch, To his surprise it was said by the agent that they already donated it to their foundation since noone claim it. Why would you do that? You should have write a letter or call us again? Is there anything on the receipt that saying if it was not claim it will be donated? It was a delivery, if on that day noone was in the house then they should leave a note saying that it was delivered and nobody was around so they can pick it up at this location or call this number, something like that. I am so mad since that package is from a friend of mine here in Edmonton and now I need to pay her back for the lost items. Please get back to me coz i want an answer to this? And how about the insurance? If this will not be given any solution I will ask the help of DTI to check on this matter or Tulfo perhaps. There are bags in the package Herschel brand and another one, some shirts etc.

LBC Express shipment issue

What is this?! Your agent said it will arrive for pick up at lbc branch today, that is the absolute reason why I chose lbc as the carrier! I was on a tight schedule and the parcel is to be used tomorrow at 8am! Such incompetency! Stop guaranteeing your customers to deceive us into choosing lbc!

It was initially ready for delivery so I was happy cos it made it in time. But by 6:30pm, there was a 4pm-update: "shipment issue, please contact us" pano ko ma cocontact e di naman gumagana webchat niyo. Tas wala pang kwenta email ninyo? Anong gagawin ko ngayon sa parcel ko e mamayang 7am na ang event. Sabi ko na nga ba dapat sa ap cargo logistics nalang ako, kahit walang door to door to door delivery, sure naman na 1 day lang! Mind you, pinadala yung item before the cut off time. So supposedly umaga pa lang dumating na yung parcel ko. Ano to? Joker kaayo mo mga tamad at kawatan!

LBC Express service

The service at this branch is very poor. Right now I am doing a transaction and it has been more than an hour already and I have not yet been assisted. The boy at the counter says that only two counters are working but Only one has a customer while the other is doing God knows on her computer. Please consider the clients waiting in line for their transaction to be processed. While waiting I have seen other clients complain and leave the vicinity due to the poor and terribly slow service.

The people here are not trained well as they seem to work slower then a turtle. Do something about this branch!

LBC Express my undelivered parcel

Last September 15, 2019 Nagpunta ako ng LBC Robinsons Antipolo para magpadala ng parcel para sa friend ko na taga antipolo lang din. Sep 19 nag inform ang friend ko na wala pa daw syang narereceive na parcel. Tumawag ako sa customer service ng LBC Sep 20 ang sabi sa akin ng customer service hindi daw nalocate ang address ng padadalhan ng parcel kaya ang sabi ko kung pwedeng ipatransfer nalang sa Licos Branch ng LBC para don nalang ipick up ng friend ko, Ang sabi sa akin ng customer service nagawan nya na daw ng report at ipick up nya nalang sa monday Sep 23, Pinapunta ko ang friend ko ng monday wala pa rin daw don ang parcel. Sep 25 (Wednesday) Tumawag ulit ako sa customer service at nakausap ko si Sarah Padilla ang sabi nya sa akin hindi daw nagawan ng report kaya hindi naideliver nagrequest ulit ako sa kanya na kung pwede ipatransfer nalang sa Licos Branch para mas madali sa friend ko na makuha ang sabi nya sa akin by friday daw darating sa Licos branch ang parcel ko kaya pinapunta ko ulit ang friend ko nung friday sep 27 ang sabi sa kanya wala pa rin daw pang 8days na daw ng parcel ko kapag umabot daw ng 10 days dadalhin na sa pasay at ako daw ang magbabayad ng penalty, Which is hindi ko naman kasalanan na hindi nila na transfer ang parcel ko dalhil nagrequest agad ako na ipatransfer nalang. Tumawag unit ako sa customer service sep 30 ang sabi nasa pasay na daw ang parcel at ako daw dapat ang magpunta sa LBC robinsons antipolo para iconcern ang tungkol sa parcel ko. Kaya ko nga pinadala ang parcel kasi wala akong time napadaan lang ako sa LBC robinsons nung sep 15 kasi may binili kami sa mall kaya don ko nalang pinadala tapos ganun lang pala ang mangyayari?antipolo lang din ang area na padadalhan pero umabot ng 16 days wala pa rin ang parcel ko? bakit pa sila ng hingi ng contact number ko at ng magrereceive kung hindi rin naman pala tatawagan kung ano na ang nangyari sa parcel ko. Sana naman magawan ng paraan yan kasi sobrang tagal na talaga, Busy ako sa work kaya wala akong time para puntahan pa yan sa LBC robinsons antipolo sayang ang araw kung mag aabsent lang ako para dyan na hindi ko naman kasalanan.

Pinadala ko po yung cellphone ko sa boyfriend ko jan sa olonggapo, tapos nasa receipt ko darating yung pacakage ng 30 tapos 10:am nakalagay pumunta boyfirend ko umabsent siya work niya tapos sinabihan siya na mamaya pang hapon makukuha tapos nagtanong boyfriend ko kung meron po bang bayad tapos sabi nung nandon na mamaya pa po malalaman eh walang naman bayad yun kasi nagbayad na ako don 443 yung nabayaran ko don tapos nung bumalik boyfirend ko ngayong hapon eh sabi na naman bukas. May trabaho po boyfriend ko dipo siya tambay lang. Ano bang klaseng service yan 😡

LBC Express absence of delivery man

On the tracking, it was mentioned that I was not present on my office address last sept 27, the recorded time in the tracking was 5:48pm, I was there but no one in the delivery team of lbc looked for me. I stayed in our office until 7:30pm so how come they put on tracking na I was not there on the said time. Even yesterday, sept 28, they say that the office is closed around 5:42pm, how come they know that the office is closed while we have 24/7 guard on duty. I gave authorization letter to the guard and said that I am expecting a delivery for that day but our guard said na wala naman naghanap sakin na lbc na may delivery. Pakiayos po ang information na pinopost nyo sa tracking nyo, wag naman sana kayo gumawa ng kwento. Ok lang sana kung it happened talaga eh. Eh kayo tong wala sa address na yan. Kayo ang hindi nagpapakita... I want this to be resolved... Asap!

LBC Express undelivered parcel

This is to ask your assistance with regard to my undelivered parcel. However, tracking report says it was "delivered" on 2nd of September. No one received the parcel on that date on my address. I already reported the incident to LBC Arcadia Paseo branch (they reported the incident to lower hub through email) and I have contacted the contact person at LBC Lower Hub Cabuyao. Despite all the effort, it concerns me because it seemed that they do nothing with my complaint. I hope you'll be able to address my concern immediately.

LBC Express lbc express

Initially it was the sender's fault for placing the wrong number on the package. But then we contacted LBC for it to be corrected. There were so many complications, the reps handling their messenger account takes 5 hours to respond. Whenever I ask for help they always tell me the same thing that they're coordinating with the team. No, they didn't coordinate, if they did it would have been resolved sooner. It was just simple, I asked them to give the delivery team or whatever my correct number. They didn't do that until 5 days after the initial contact when I told them what I wanted again in a very angry message.

Hours after that, someone from the Cebu delivery team contacted me. This could have been done like days ago. Then this rep from Cebu told me that they'll just let me pick it up from a branch near me and told me the date and time. When I went there, my package is still out for delivery so I still. Now I'm gonna wait for about 1 to 3 days.

Your customer service is beyond [censored]. Your representatives keep on telling me the same [censored] and I'm sure nothing was being done to resolve the issue. Then those people that called to 'help' never did anything helpful at all.

LBC Express delay of delivery cod

In the system it says that the "house was close" wherein the house was open and no one in the LBC delivery team goes in the house. Its 5days alread since the item arrive at the area. No rain, floods or any event happened in the area. what happened to my parcel? i tried to ask the nearest LBC branch (origin) but they don't know, they can't answer my concern. they base on the what is on the system.

LBC Express worst customer service lbc hotline

Dear LBC,

I would like to file a complaint against your customer service named archie. I called up last sept 17, 2019 at around 2:30pm. Making a follow up on my undelivered docs with tracking num [protected] and reference num [protected]. I know the calls was recorded so I won't have to explain in details (Just listen on the recorded conversation). He should undergo training again on proper holding procedures. I had the feeling that he made we waited on the line for so long so that I'll just drop the call. And because of that he made me irritated. He also commited that someone named junalyn cabading will call me back after our conversation but no one called up after the call. I had one missed call at around 6:30pm. If that was a call from ms cabading then its been 4hrs after the commitment of archie. Well then, up to now I haven't received any call from anybody from LBC. Already disappointed on the delivery service and now even the customer service of LBC is even worst.

You should improve your services guys.

LBC Express I am complaining about my package.

I suppose to received my package by Sept. 11. My Ninang sent it via your courier and paid for special delivery, however until now Wala parin package na dinedeliver Samin.My Ninang kept on going back to the branch where she sent the package they said that the driver keep on calling me Hindi daw ako sumasagot pero ang totoo kahit missed call wala naman silang ginawa dapat mag send nalang sya ng message kaso wala din tapos nung bumalik yung ninang ko sa branch ang nakalagay daw sa report is hindi daw nag exist yung address namin Kaloka! Sana pala hindi namin narereceived yung mga packages namin online kung hindi nag exist address namin. Sunod na pagbalik ng ninang ko don sa branch na yun nasa Pasay na daw naka pending yung package eh need nga namin mareceivee yun. Tapos nung sinabi ng ninang ko na ideliver ulit Pinagbayad sya ng additional charge for redelivery eh hindi naman namin kasalanan na hindi ninyo dineliver yung package namin tapos Pinagbayad nito pa ng additional Kakaloka kayo. Kami pang mga customer niyo yung mag aadjust eh fault niyo naman yun. Paki ayos nito nga serbisyo niyo at pakisabihan mga delivery men nito na ayusin nila trabaho nila wag silang tamad mema idahilan lang lahat ipapalusot.
