LBC Express late delivery/ return to sender/ disposed item

The item was perishable and supposed to arrive before October 9. I tracked the item and October 5, its already in Batangas. Expected tobe delivered on October 7 and 8. The receiver will go back abroad already. Contacted facebook team so many times and explained they have to deliver the item as soon as possible. They only gave promises but they did nothing and started to neglect my messages. The receiver itself went to the office to explain the situation and personnel said it will arrive october 9 afternoon. Receiver cannot claim since her flight is Morning of October 9. There was really no prompt action. I emailed LBC Oct 15, stating the parcel receiver is already abroad and should return the package to sender. Received response Oct 20 and said they will do action. Emailed again Oct 28 and asked why i cant track parcel anymore, i received reply Oct 29 saying they disposed it. Why didnt they sent messages to the sender that they will dispose it if unclaimed until a certain date? And what's the use of the email i received October 20 if they wont make an action? This is really disappointing. How can you dispose the item, how can you just dispose the money we spent to buy and send the product? I hope action will be done.

LBC Express pesopak door to door delivery

Money was sent october 3. Address was accidentally mistaken my mom went there to follow up since money is intended for a very important reason. After a week no update was given. From then my mom kept on updating.. no update from them. I called them today they said they have requested an sent an email already but still no reply up until now.

We need the money to be sent ASAP if it can be sent please make a way to return it ASAP

LBC Express customer service

LBC, can you please give proper training to your employees. Please do employ people who are oriented to customer service because basically your business is providing services. People at the front desk were lazy (mostly b**l[censored]). They were not entertaining customers properly. For your information, most (not all) of your front desk employees were unapproachable! Ang susungit! It's natural for us customers to ask questions and they always attend us impatiently. I'll drop a branch name! Replace those people in LBC Balagtas (Pandacan) branch. They were not answering my questions like I wasn't there. It feels like I'm invisible (and please don't get me wrong cause there were only 2 customers that time. Me and the other lady so don't think they were busy that's why there weren't answering me). I was thinking if they were paid well. If yes, then replace them with better employees cause they were not doing their job. Or if you can't do that, I suggest you to conduct customer service-oriented training to improve your services and your employees' performance. Number 1 padala pa kayo ng lagay na yan ah. Don't take that for granted, maraming naglalabasang courier these days, baka ma-replace and papaging number one nyo just because of your employees. You have a brand to protect, teach your employees to protect your name as well!

LBC Express service very rude and disrespectful male staff

The male staff disrespectfully tossed my money and paper to me. Very rude. I followed the S. O. P. which to get a number and fall in line. I'm pregnant so i was really waiting for my turn. When it was my turn the rude male staff called in the senior citizen instead of me. (The senior man was polite and strong.) I was ok with it. I got annoyed but kept quiet and just didn't make any facial expression. But when I finally got my turn for some reason he decided to be rude to me. The male staff was very aggressive and I feel threatened to go back to the branch. If this happens again, I will raise another complaint.

LBC Express lazy staffs

Oct. 20, 2019 afternoon my husband sent a package for our baby, then he said there's problem with the connection, it is offline so he couldnt get the control pin as the staff said they will process it and will send him the kptn so he did leave a contact number and he leave the branch coz he has some works to do. But then at night something happen to our baby, and our baby got hospitalized he travelled immediately to our province at 3:00am. Everyday I keep asking him where's our package. So he said he will check it what happens when he comes back to cavite, then he travelled back to cavite by hhoct.25 in the afteroon, he arrived at 3:00am oct. 26, but unfortunately he haven't time to make some follow up yesterday coz of work. So today, he came by at the store just to be told that the staff he have made the transactions with is not there at that time, and come back later. But, I receive a message from that staff saying that he was absent today. And he will process my parcel tomorrow. For 7days how come he did not process my parcel!? What a lazy staffs!

LBC Express non pick up of boxes on scheduled date with no notice at all about it

Sir/Madam,

My name is Hilda Rose and I want to voice out my dissatisfaction about your companies poor communication and service. I called for a pickup for my 2 large boxes to be sent to the Philippines and I was scheduled after a week when I called. The office scheduled the pick up on October 26, 2019 between 10am to 2pm on that day. I cancelled all my errands and stayed home to wait for the pick up staff to get my boxes. I started waiting 9am and by 130pm I called the office and a woman answered that I was not on the manifest list. How can I not be on the list when I called 10/25/19 and I was told it was confirmed. The woman told me she will talk to her manager and will call me back. I did not get any phone call so I called the office and the Reno office at 3pm 10/26/19 finally answered. I asked what happened why my boxes were not picked up and the guy said that the staff assigned to pick up the boxes called in sick. I was mad because of the conflicting answers I got between the woman and the guy. This is my very first time using your company for sending balikbayan boxes and this is my bad experience. My reference number was 2998800. I am so very frustrated about this initial experience with your company. The guy reescheduled me for 10/30 between 10am to 12 noon. I will still go with the plan but this may be the last that I will send boxes with your company because of the inconsistencies of the reasoning of why your staff failed to do the service to me. Hope this will not happen again to your other customers. Thank you for paying attention to this complaint.

LBC Express delivery of credit card

Delivery was not made, but tracking says it was delivered and the parcel was returned since I was not around. This happened 2 times but i was present in the house
3rd time I asked, it says my address was incomplete?! I even left an authorization letter with the guard on duty.
Your delivery team is unbelievable to even indicate an incorrect status that did not happen in the first place and at the same time does not contact the owner before delivery or returning the parcel. Pls action on this asap.
It sucks that your contact center does not have a way to escalate this to your team internally. This is really unaccepted as it is taking 2 months for the parce to get to me and it is now my 4th time to ask for redelivery.

Customer hotline is not helpful as there is ni escalation process. I did not feel any sense of responsibility from a supervisor I talked to as he kept directing me to the bank as process.
I believe there should be an exemption to the rule since this is a complaint and needing urgent help

LBC Express credit card delivery

As I received a text message from the bank that my cc is about to be delivered today in my workplace, I waited the whole day but then as I track my package through their website. It says ''attempt to deliver but unknown recipient''. So I rush to the nearest LBC store, they told me that Deliveryman Mark Gil Fernandez in Rizal attempted to deliver it and ask a person named ''baby'', that person does not recognize my name. Is this some kind of fraud? No one here in our store has that name. I haven't seen any LBC personnel or even their shadow came here to look for me. The next day my package is for return status in the bank. Worst service ever. Lazy deliverymen. So I called the bank again so they can redeliver.

LBC Express delivery

I've been informed that my package was received by Glad Mariano, however I am not, in any way, affiliated with them. I reside in a dormitory and I asked our personnel if they have received my package, asking about Glad Mariano and I have been told that they haven't received any package nor do they know who the person is. I have waited until a few days in hopes that the supposed 'authorized representative' will hand it out to me but I did not receive anything. I'd like to know how I can retrieve my package.

LBC Express BDO credit card

TL Gaa promised to deliver my Cc at my house since it wan not delivered twice. The original date was oct 3 and uptil now, we are still waiting to deliver my credit card.

After complaining this directly at the warehouse, the provided address above, they promised me to deliver it to the address I gave and asked me to get my no. So they can contact me directly. They said that pickup the item or the credit card at the warehouse is not allowed because of the fraudulent issues before. We agreed.

But now. I stayed at the house waiting for the delivery. No text or call from you guys but when I checked they status of the delivery, they werent able to find the address when in fact I almost provided all the instructions that they needed.

I want to complain the team lead that I talked to yesterday and the 3 delivery boys who went to my house.

I am now depress because of what happened. Staying here at the house to wait for the delivery.

LBC Express employee service

1st nagmumurahan sa front desk akala mo nasa bahay lang
2nd hindi ina assist ng maayos mga clients nila, pinag antay nila ako ng 1hr para lang sa pick up na delivery. Pinag sulat ako samantalang need lang naman ipakita tracking number. Tapos sabe ng employee na 1 na kailangan daw magsulat para mabasa yung tracking number. Sinungaling pa e yung kaka pasok lang na client binigay lang tracking number. Buti pa yung isang employee sinabe yung totoo, gagawa pa palusot yung isa.
3rd. Ate tawag sa customer? May proper training ba lbc sa employees nila.

LBC Express security

I want to complaints LBC for giving my address to one of the bank here in the Philippines, I have a parcel from my brother I received it today Oct 24, 2019, nagtataka lang ako same time another letter from a bank came delivered by LBC also and the date of that letter is oct 1, 2019. But when I track the letter from that bank using lbc app it shows that it was processed same day with my parcel from my brother. It is oviously that LBC gave my address to that bank. That bank traced my address from LBC. I just hope my personal info like my phone number got protected. LBC should investigate about this one. This is a privacy and securiry concern.

LBC Express incompetent delivery team and disrespectful customer service

You should read this so you will know how your people are working!

The delivery man is [censored]ing liar and did not attempt to deliver my credit card.

1. I got a message from bdo on oct 14 2019 saying my card and dispatched and this is the tracking number. So i track it on line and saw that it was returned. How [censored] ur system for me to receive a late notice. You should send it 2 days prior right?

2. I called your customer service and complained because no one attempted to deliver it but a stupid customer service said it was failed because of the known receiver. [censored] you all. There's a laundry shop downstair and it is open from 7am to 9pm so there' a lot of people there. And when i asked the customer service if your delivery man really attempted to go here and talked to someone who was it? What was the name? And i was shocked when he said there was no name but it was a ma'am. Oh [censored] yeah. You are all damn liars. You did not dwlier my credit card and there was no [censored]ing attempt.

3. [censored]ing great customer service. I asked to talk to somone higher than who i am speaking with but he refused many times and put me on hold for a long time. Perhaps, he was thinking i will eventually give up. Is this the proper handling of the call? If your customer ask to talk to a supervisor or manager then you just need to say that we dont have a choice but to talk to them? Bravo! Your service is all [censored]ed up! From how you handle you delivery to giving a [censored]ing world class customer service.

You did a [censored]ing great job LBC! Will never avail your service and recommend you!

LBC Express cash out (agent coins. ph)

We visited LBC Fora to transact our cash out but since they don't have sufficient fund to give the amount, we just decided to get reservation of such cash (40, 000). They said they will contact us as soon as possible.
We didn't get an update on that same day, we then visit the next day LBC Ayala Mall. And same scenario, the teller just said they don't have such fund to suffice the amount.
My concern is, the establishment doesn't really value CONVENIENCE of the customer . It doesn't really help us, we need the money immediately but then we can't get the amount just because LBC doesn't have enough fund.

LBC Express shipment issue

Hi, goodmorning po follow up ko lang sana yung complain ko regarding sa shipment ko na ready for delivery na sana yesterday pero na cancel kasi may "shipment issue" anu po ibig ba ibig sabihin nun?.Kasi i badly needed those package po. Kung pwede sana gawan niyo po to nang action kasi door to door naman po kasi yun pano napunta hindi nakarating sa akin yung shipment.

LBC Express lbc delivery

Sobrang pangit ng service niyo. Until now hindi ko pa narereceive yung item/delivery ko. Nung monday pa lang nakalagay na "Please expect the delivery within a day" so nag expect ako nagpalate ako sa work ko para lang mareceive ko. Walang delivery na dumating putangina niyo talaga. Tapos biglang magbabago na naman yung status, kahapon tumawag ako sa csr niyo ang sabe saken due to highwork load ng delivery kaya hindi siya nadeliver saken ng Monday however naka out for delivery daw siya the next day kung kelan ako tumawag kaya expect ko daw na madedeliver within a day. Ending, naghintay na naman ako wala na namang dumating. Kingina nyo talaga lbc. WALA KAYONG KWENTA kahit kelan. Napaka bulok ng service nyo, I will never recommend this [censored]ing carrier anymore. Until now I'm waiting for my delivery mga leche kayo.

LBC Express package for pick up was delivered. poor customer service besides the delay. package sent on 10/17/19 and was delivered back in the branch on 10/21/19.

Here's what happened, the package I was trying to pick up was sent on 10/17/19. I went to your SM branch on 10/18/19 but I was advised package was not received yet.
I went back on 10/19/19 and the aforementioned staff (with eyeglasses) advised that package is in the delivery hub because the delivery man could not find my address. I told her that package was for pick-up. She just shrugged her shoulder and said it's not with them and even accused that probably the package was for delivery. I was like, why would you say that when you got the tracking number in front of you and the data shows "pick-up".
I corrected her that package is for pick up.
Then she stayed mum and did nothing. No apology about their miss or whatsoever.
I was not even concern about her unethical behavior, I was more concerned about her not even checking what she could do to address the issue.
I then asked her if she can send a request to send the package back in their branch so I can pick it up. Your staff said she can send a follow-up request. Since I worked for customer service also, I was expecting she will educate me of the turn around time so I know when to come back. To my dismay, she did not and just stood there looking at me, doing nothing. I then inquired of the turn around time. She said possible day is on Tuesday, which would be 10/22/19.
Since I am already traumatized with the branch's inconsistency, I asked when would be the definite date. And with a very unfriendly face, she answered with the same, POSSIBLE day is on Tuesday.
Trying hard not to show how pissed she is making me of how she is taking the situation, I simply asked her one more time of the turn around time, she said 2-3 days.
I was so disgusted with her service it probably showed. She then said I can also call their branch to check and wrote down the office number on a blank information sticker.
I said thank you and left the branch.

This is not the first time I encountered such bad experience in this branch.
You may track me sending a feedback a few weeks back. I mean no harm, I prefer improvement because I've always used your service. The only problem is not all your branch share the same good customer service practice.

LBC Express shipment issue

Hi goodevening, i just wanted to complain regarding on this matter. Earlier today around aroun 1:30pm it has been said that ready for delivery and expect package for today then why is it suddenly change around 2:16pm? I am expecting my package for today but it ddnt come..What do you mean by "shipment issue?. Please enlighten me with this.. Your immediate action for this matter is higly appreciated.

LBC Express cash on pick up

Taking too much time! There were two staff, boy and a girl. The male staff seems to have been doing a lot of things in his computer. But has never called anyone in queue for the whole one hour. The girl's line moves but takes 20mins per person. I am just getting a cash on pick up because I dont want to incur any penalty but it has taken me eons just to get a simple package. Pls remind these staff to be more considerate of other people's time.

LBC Express delivery

Tracking number: [protected]. I was checking status of the package. It shows ready for delivery within the day. But upon check it after a couple of hours, it shows system issue and get in touch with you right away. I have been sending packages to the same address. I don't have any issue with the first 2 transaction. This is the 3rd package and the first time I encountered this issue. Such a disappointment.
