delivery service delayed
Nagpadala kami ng Documents from SM Mega Mall to Bacoor, Cavite last Thursday, January 23, 2020.
Upto now wala padin nadedeliver samin today January 27, 2020. Ang sabi sa tracking number expect the delivery within the day (January 25, 2020). We need the package January 28, 2020.
How we supposed to trust your company to delivery the important documents if you misrouted it.
Sabi ng kausap ko na misrouted daw, napunta sa Romblon, Marinduque. Bakit Marinduque? Pinadala namin yung package pa south (sa Cavite) knowing na baka madelay, kaya we shipped the documents early. Still nadelayed padin yung item. Mag antay daw kami for another 48 hours ang sabi sakin. Wala daw silang magagawang alternative actions.
LBC is a big company, siguro naman may alternative actions silang pwedeng gawin or alternative actions silang dapat gawin pag namimisrouted nila yung documents lalo't mahalaga ito at ang deadline is hindi aabot kasi nagkamali sila ng lugar.
Humihingi kami ng ticket number sa complaint kasi sabi sakin finile-an daw nila ticket yung complaint pero wala silang binibigay, yung tracking number daw yung complaint namin.

regarding home delivery and they did not contact the person before sending
I have complaint regarding home delivery. Why your courier is not calling the person whom they will give the items before sending and now that person went to get to the nearest lbc branch but they said they need to ask the one who sent to change for pick up and send the nearest branch. How come that your doing this things which that is ur problem of the courier?
there is still a text regarding update on my parcel that was sent back in internal mail branch
I was out of town from the day the seller send the parcel.so the only time i had was when i got back thats january 10 2020 but that is also the day my parcel was sent back in the internal mail branch. Your employee already requested the return of my parcel the same day but as of now i still didnt receive any text and ive also checked my tracking number online and it is still in the internal mail branch

claiming cop payment
At exacty 4:35pm, I arrived at the branch to pickup. The money, the teller lady told me it is already cutoff, I said what?! Its not yet 5:00pm!
So then I proceed to argao branch, and I was able to process my transaction, whats your with the teller of dalaguete branch? They tend to reject me, your dalaguete lbc branch are so lazy, please investigate your personnel, check your cctv I was there at 4:35pm!

I have always been using LBC as my shipment courier and this is the very first time I have encountered a staff who has a very terrible customer service. LBC sm valenzuela sucks! They cant provide an answer about what's going on with my parcel. They always keep on saying "di namin masagot yan". They are also rude and masunget. I made several follow-ups from the Customer Care since per tracking our indicated recipient's address can't be located, since Jan 9 that it was received from LBC Starmall Alabang, until Jan 10 that has been forwarded to LBC Sucat Alabang, it has not arrived yet up to now. I requested it to be re-delivered and expected it yesterday, up to now.. But as per tracking, it indicated again that our address can't be located where infact I already advised them of the landmark. Kindly make an action to this.

Again this is regarding about the stupid staff of lbc on alcala branch pangasinan. This is really annoying! Transaction was COP and supposed to pay 95pesos only but he put the transaction on cod pickup and charge my staff to 187 pesos. Nakaka apekto eto sa business naming online seller dahil sa kabobohan ng staff niyo! Putang ina! Ano yun sa halagang 300 pesos na benenta namin nalugi pa kami dahil sa katangahan niya. Tapos sasabihin nya sa staff ko pwede naman daw icancel pero dina raw mababawi ang payment! Ano yun kami magsasuffer ng katangahan niya! You can check sa cctv na sinabi sakanya na transaction was COP. At binanggit pa sakanya na 95 pesos lang. Sabi pa nga niya sa online lang po yun. Oo nga online sa shopee po sabi ng staff ko. Pero nilagay pa rin niya cod ng bobong hayop niyong staff! Masisira ang kompanya sa mga ganyang bobong staff! Pls take an action with this. Pano kong mabiktima rin ng kabobohan niya yung ibang customers! Sino ba masisira?ang pangalan ng kompanya niyo di ba! Paano kung pinik up na yung item at di kami binayaran!? May habol pa ba kami? The delivery guy was very rude and scandalous. The package was not claimed because of this. The way he talked to me thru phone and the way he talked to my father is rude its seems like he's drunk or what. He keeps on banging in our gate! I already told him that my mother will be outside. We used to order online and we are ALWAYS receiving deliveries almost every week from LBC.
But starting December, I dont know what happened.
They started to hold my package and I need to call them first before they release my package. Like yesterday, I called the rider's number then they said YES they will deliver my package but till 9PM I was waiting but they didn't deliver it.
Its becoming more oftenly now.
I dont understand even non holidays, why they suddenly dont want to deliver our packages on time. We need to call them first before they deliver it.
I hope you could trace whose handling my package with tracking number of #[protected]
Then I hope you could ask them why they don't want to deliver it even its Out For Delivery already.
And this didn't happen once but several times already.
As you can see, I attached the screenshots wherein you can see we have to call them pa severally before they would deliver our packages (in different dates and time). And its been Out for Delivery but THEY DONT DELIVER IT ON THE DELIVERY DAY. That happened many times now.
Its very alarming already as we are doing online selling and we need those packages on time.

On the 10th it was received in Ilo-Ilo and yesterday at 6:39pm forwarded to Dumaguete Distriction team and why at 10:29pm it was forwarded to airline. Is there a flight from Ilo-ilo to dumaguete? Usually you forwarded it to Bacolod and then by land to Dumaguete.
Actually I always request to not to take via Ilo-ilo or bacolod route from Davao because it really takes time to deliver. I always request either via Manila or via Cebu to Dumaguete because there are direct flights there.
It's already 1 week now and where is the parcel?
WE NEED IT URGENTLY, DELIVER IT ASAP!
The reason I used you (courier) for shorter delivery time but how is it now?
I also contacting your hotline number and your telephone numbers in Manila office why nobody is answering.

super delayed delivery of package
I would like to complain about the super delayed delivery of my package which was sent thru LBC Santiago City - Barrera branch. I mailed this on January 13, 3:21pm. The contents of the parcel are 2 sets of Japan visa requirements (with passports). I understand that I mailed this past cutoff which was 2pm, though I asked the LBC personnel to label it "urgent". But up until this moment (Thursday 8:30am), it still hasn't been delivered to the receiver in Westmont office in Mandaluyong City. It has been 2 days since the supposed delivery of my parcel- I expect it to be shipped on Tue afternoon and received at our office on Wed afternoon also. Yesterday, I closely monitored and tracked my parcel in your website and I frequently ontacted the LBC Barrera personnel, Ms. Janet, but same as what was in your online tracking site, she said it was already forwarded to tie-up, which I really don't understand. Why is there a tie-up? And why isn't my parcel out for delivery? The other package I sent, almost at the same time as the specific parcel I am complaining about, reached its destination which is in Makati City. I also tried to call up your hotline [protected] time since yesterday afternoon but I just came through the line at 5:23pm. After so. Many minutes of waiting for the recorded message to stop, finally, a customer care personnel talked to me. I told her everything, all the details of my complaint. She said that she will send a follow up email. I asked her if she could cc me in the thread but she said it is prohibited. How can I be assured that she really sent a follow up email? She said I have no other option but to call the hotline at 7am today. I did but the customer care personnel said that it's already in Manila but not yet in the warehouse. Meaning not yet for delivery. Please please help me to get my package delivered this morning in Mandaluyong City. Please. Yesterday 12nn was the deadline of submission of the Japan visa requirements in our office. Ours in super late na so please help me po. One of your riders/delivery personnel who should have delivered a Passport to us from the DFA gave my son's passport to a person not listed as the authorized recipient. This is unacceptable! A clear breach of protocol, privacy and trust! Please see to it that this rider is reprimanded immediately! Mind you my son is a minor. Now I am worried that his personal information from his passport who was given to an unauthorized person may have been compromised. If so, what will you do to compensate us for this trouble? How will you restore our confidence with LBC?

hi! ive been waiting for my package since dec. 28, the seller track it jan. 6 and says will be delivered in 48 hrs. but nobody came to deliver. nobody called. its jan.13 now and when I track it it says "shipment is with a concern..." what? ang when I message the customer care they replied that the status was "unknown residence, etc, not answering call" I have lived in that address for 35 years, and the same seller shipped the first eye glasses first week of dec. and it was within 3 days. now theyre saying "unknown residence"?! seriuosly? all my family members use LBC to frequently how can it be unknown residence? they said they tried to call? when? cause I can slap the call log of my phone on their face. the delivery team of LBC balanga is just lazy and does not do their job accordingly. what an inconvinience for us who pay that much for "fast delivery" that failed. poor disappointing service. lazy liars.
multiple packages sent to to customers
I've been sending orders to my customers via LBC's COP or COD and I always track those shipments but your online track and trace is not updated most of the time. Some of my buyers are not getting it because i am unaware if the shipment is already there in the location so i cant advise them. Lbc dont even bother informing my customers if the item they've ordered are ready for pick up. Where is your customer service there? Update your online track and trace real time and text the recipient of the parcel.

Hi, I am Nicole Cua, and I had an item delivered from Munoz, Quezon City to Baliuag, Bulacan last January 10, 2020 and it was just received today, January 13, 2020. Upon opening the package, the receiver complained that the edge of the plastic box I sent was broken and cracked.
I was assured that the item will not be damaged during the delivery. This is my first time to use LBC and I am very disappointed with the outcome.
